Quoted a price $550.00 when he arrived for the existing problem. Then had to chip out a small amount of concrete and align garage door track to get garage door to close properly and charged an additional $350.00 over quote. 850.00 for about 45 minutes work. Labor only no parts. Crown door has contacted me and has offered a $150.00 refund of the additional amount charged. I was told we were overcharged for the work completed. I am glad they reached out to us.

They will take advantage of you. Their service charge is three times others. They gave me an estimate to fix a garage door spring that was three times higher than what I found when I did an internet search. I told them no thanks and then they started negotiating on the bid they gave me. Don't trust them. They will overcharge you and take advantage of your situation.

I had an unfortunate garage door issue but Crown Door was able to help me. The lock on the side near the rail was engaged on accident and also unknowingly so I tried to raise the door via the opener and found out the motor is strong! It pulled the top two panels in causing damage but Crown Door was able to come next day and replace the panels. I used them when I first moved in to replace garage doors after I had the header replaced (it was in three pieces and sagging) and expanded a single door from 8' to 9' wide. I also used them at my prior house doing a door conversion from two single doors to one double door. I am a repeat customer and appreciate them helping out again.

Appreciated the helpful technician and prompt response times. The service to my Liftmaster driveway gate was more than I anticipate though: over $500 for battery replacement and hinge re-greasing.

This company is the best. After being told by several other companies they couldn't fixed the issue with my garage door Efrain came right out and done a fantastic job at a really really great price. This guy Efrain was on time and very friendly and was very honest. He finished the job in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this company and especially this technician. Me and my wife are very pleased with the repair and results. I wanna thank this technician Efrain again for a wonderful service.

Willie came out and very professionally showed me the different parts of my garage door that had been damaged and would have to be replaced with same quality parts. He was at my home very quickly after I called and we agreed what needed to be done. He would be able to replace door on Monday after the weekend. Cars will have to be removed by towing first which will take place on Monday.

Today was our first experience using Crown Overhead Doors. We needed our swing gate opener serviced. The technician, Efran, came within a couple of hours and was able to fix the gate then. He provided an estimate before making the repairs, was very polite, and knowledgeable. We will definitely call Crown for future garage door or gate repairs.

Garage door spring broke at around 7:30 PM. Called Crown Overhead Doors at 7:45 PM. Technician showed up at 8:58 PM and completed the job at 9:25PM which included replacing the spring, lubing all the rollers, checking the rails and reconnecting the garage door opener. Tested the door several times to insure everything was functioning properly. Thank you Josh for a job well done and an amazing response time!

I called Crown to get an estimate on a couple of garage door openers and a gate operator, and they sent someone (Mat) out the same afternoon. I appreciate the fact that Mat didn't try to upsell me on any of the equipment. I pretty much knew what I wanted (LiftMaster 8065 openers), and Mat offered the 8165's (a better model) at a price comparable to what at least two other companies quoted for the 8065's. The quote was $300 per opener for equipment and installation and $50 in taxes. After thinking about it for day, I called Mat back to schedule the installation, and he gave me an appointment for the next day. Jonathan was scheduled to show up for the installation at 9am. He actually showed up about 20 minutes early (which is fine). He was very quick and efficient, and worked with me to program the two remotes per my preference. The new openers work great and look great. I'm very happy with the installation. Jonathan also pointed out a few future points of failure with my rollers, so I'll be thinking about getting those replaced later. Overall, I was quite pleased with the experience. In the end, I decided to go with another provider that specializes in gates for the gate opener. Services Rendered: Removed two old Stanley garage door openers, and installed two LiftMaster 8165 openers.

I called Crown Overhead Doors thinking they were The Overhead Door company. They are not. My garage door spring broke and I could not get my car out of the garage. Crown sent out what turned out to be an independent contractor to repair my garage door. He told me I needed a broken spring replaced and it would cost $325. To replace both springs would be $510. I gave the go ahead because it was 6PM and I needed to get my car out in the morning. While the man was doing the work, I had some time to research the company and the price. They were not listed on Angie's List, but I reviewed other companies that did the same repair. I discovered that, although their website says they offer competitive prices, the price that they were charging me was more than twice as high as it should have been. I pointed this out to the repair man and he admitted that they were high on their prices and parts. He ended up discounting the price to $460 but that was still twice as high as it should have been. The repair was fine but I was ripped off on the price. I would not use them again. Services Rendered: Crown Overhead Doors replaced two springs on my garage door.

The door was not shutting properly. I called for an appointment for the next day and Albertino was right on time. He adjusted the timing on the door and showed me how to do it myself if it needed adjusting again. We have used this company since we've been in our house (1991) for the various garage door repairs and installed a new opener 2 years ago after the old one finally bit the dust.
