Google1No call no show for over a week after they said they had someone available that day . but sure were hawks when it came to paying upfront the $79 just to get a quote.

Google5The technicians from Empire Garage Services came out fast and solved our issue in an efficient, thorough way. They made sure everything was working correctly with our garage door and it's components . They even cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend it!

Google5Empire Garage Services did an above average job for me. Great price with great quality. Techs were very professional and easy to deal with. The installation took only 3hrs for 2 doors and motors and the old taken down. The techs were nothing short of heroic. Hopefully, their boss will give them a raise for doing such quality work!

Google5Jack came to fix our garage door three weeks ago. We thought we may have to replace the motor but he assured us that all it needed was proper lubrication with a specified product which he promptly did, all the while educating us on how to keep and maintain the door to extend its life. I cannot recommend Empire Garage Services enough. Jack did a great job for a reasonable price and we would certainly call on him again without hesitation

The quote they sent to me was complete and accurate.Jack and the team showed up on time and were professional and thorough. They installed commercial-size motorized doors and large garage doors on my house. I would recommend the Empire Garage Services to friends.

Google5Called Jack about a repair even though I knew the door should be replaced. He showed up the same day ready and able to fix it but we chose to replace. He was able to show us many styles and types of doors. We chose Empire Garage Services because of Jack's professionalism.The door was perfectly installed and its working efficiently.Thank you Jack and the company.

Google5Jack arrived at my place in twenty minutes after I called, and he did a recommendable job within a short time. He worked diligently and even took some time to advise me on the basic things to do for the door to have longer life. The company gave me a free estimate over the phone and their price were very reasonable . I would recommend Empire Garage Services company this place to anyone needing garage door repair....

Google5I used Empire Garage Services for a garage door problem. Fred and his partner were dispatched to my home. They did a great job in explaining what they were working on as they tried to isolate the problem. The gave me options and didn't pressure me into choosing the expensive one. It was great experience working with them. They were personable and handled everything professionally. The estimate was very friendly and well detailed. I will call them back for future garage door needs.
