Google5Absolutely professional service. We were skeptical at first because of $$ but quickly realized that we were in great hands. The work that was completed was immaculate and the results are impeccable. We are very happy and at ease knowing that we will be taken care of for the long haul. Google5Outstanding service! Easy to use website. Helpful over the phone. Confirmed appointment via text with photo and bio of technician. Technician called to confirm and give ETA. My tech, Byron Ellison, was prompt, polite and professional. He got the job done ahead of schedule and gave me a tutorial of my new setup. Pricing was fair and transparent. My new go to company for garage door needs!

Google5I had Byron fix my garage door. He was so professional and intelligent. The technical knowledge is 100%. I had called another company in the past,but they couldn't fix it. He gave me the best option, making me save a lot of money. He fixes the issue, which is the board, connects myQ app, and even connects the garage door with my car sensor. I would recommend Byron and this company fixing your garage door. You won't regret working with them. Thank you, Byron and the team. You are the best.

Google5Cannot recommend this company enough. Easy to schedule an appointment, gps notifications about when your technician will arrive, and clear/easy communication throughout. Byron came out in the afternoon to fix our horribly loud and almost unusable garage. He explained how our old motor was the cream of the crop..in 2004..but that the parts aren't even being made anymore. He would happily try to replace the issue but couldn't guarantee it. He then gave us all our options for a new motor and never made us feel like we had to go with the top of the line model. We agreed to replace our machine, and like other reviews said it was a very quick and simple process. It was 5pm on a Saturday and asked Byron when we could expect the garage to be fixed. He said, "I can't start right now and be done in 3 hours." ON A SATURDAY. We were blown away. He did exactly what he said he would do, let us know about other parts that unfortunately needed to be replaced, but ultimately said everything was our call and explained the good and bad for whatever we decided. The hard work and transparency of the entire project was something you just don't see these days. Byron ended up finishing about 3 and a half hours later after fixing additional unforeseen issues and our garage is perfect now. He also stayed to help us with the app and program our cars. Again, we highly recommend this company, we are so happy with our garage now, and are really thankful for Byron!!

Google5Byron was amazing. I would 100% recommend him and this company for fixing your garage door. He explained everything to me and showed why each thing needed to be fixed or was in perfect condition. He fixed my sensors and added support in just under 30 minutes and even showed me how to connect the door to my phone. This is a very professional company and will definitely be using them again when needed.

Google5Had a small incident with our garage doors, needed some outside help. Called Garage Doctors and Lyndon was at my door the next day. Gave him my story and what I wanted the fix to be. He helped guide me the whole way and was very clear about everything. After some quick paper work, and I mean quick, all electronic and easily guided. 4 days later we got our new doors installed! Perfect match to our previous color, kept HOA out of the loop and you couldn't tell anything was done! Lyndon and Brendan spent all day getting the 3 doors swapped. It was not an easy task since they replaced the guides, doors, and our openers. Now our garage is sealed even better then before and our doors open very quietly! These guys made it easy to get this situation resolved and we couldn't be happier with our new look! Highly recommend for anything from small repair to full replacement!
