I can't say enough great things about this company and the exceptional customer service I've received. I bought shutters from them two years ago and I needed service on one of them that wasn't going up smoothly. I called spoke with the customer service representative (SHE WAS AMAZING and has a beautiful name)!!!! and she was able to get me in quickly. The technician were professional, and experts on how to maintain my shutters, and told me about their power blinds to keep the dust out. YES!!! They are the best in town, affordable and stand by their products. Thank you for your help!!!*****
