Our garage door was stuck in an unsafe position on a Sunday afternoon, and the Don's dispatcher was super helpful and kind, able to get us an appointment same day. Within hours, Scott arrived, got the garage door into a safe position, and explained all that was going on with it so we could decide how to move forward. He was back next day and installed new parts to make everything right again. Throughout the process, he showed us the condition of the parts that needed replacing or upgrading, making it clear what was optional and what was not, so we were empowered to make great decisions. He went above and beyond, even helping us sort out the garage door keypad that had never worked since we moved in! Thank you Scott, we're so happy to have a long-term fix to a garage door that had always been wonky, and happy to know a guy we can call if something goes wrong!

Don’s was amazing! They were the only ones that could one out on the same day and replace a broken spring so we could get my wife’s car out of the garage. Josh showed up and was great! Scott came out the day after my scheduled appointment as there were issues on their end and he wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He knew he was not the first quote we’ve gotten, but still took the time to explain their offerings to ensure I was making the best choice for my home and situation. We had a wonderful experience! Josh Mandabach was who we worked with in the company. He was so nice and completely took care of all the issues we had with our garage door. Our garage door spring broke. He fixed that as well as other things he noticed (that we would’ve had to deal with later on if he didn’t bring them to our attention). He communicated with us throughout the process of fixing and replacing everything and answered all of the questions we had. Highly recommend using this company (and Josh!). Our garage door is not only fixed, but also opens in a smoother and quieter fashion now. Chris just completed the removal and total installation of the new garage door and opener. He did the work alone in a little under 3 hours, which that alone tells you how amazing his skills are! He was very friendly, professional, and just a great guy who knows what he's doing! Adam said that Chris is one of Don's best skilled installers, and boy he wasn't kidding... The new door looks great and brings the beauty of our house back to before the old door fell of the rails! The opener is so quiet and smooth that you can barely hear it when in operation! He did such an awesome job hanging the door that no daylight comes in when it's closed! I am recommending Don's garage door of Indy to all my friends and family, and if you're reading this, do yourself a favor, and ask for Chris to do your install, We still can't get over how fast he did the work, and how amazing it looks!!! 😀 The pics don't show just how amazing it looks in person!

Do not use this company. They quoted my elderly parent $5000 to fix her garage door. The technician said she needed to replace everything. A competitor was called for a second opinion. $125 later she has a fully functioning garage door. Dons garage doors is not to be trusted!
