Google5I had issues with my garage door making noise and reversing direction before it closed. I called A1 Garage Doors and spoke with Jeff. He sent Rick out within a couple of hours to resolve the issues for a reasonable service fee. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use A1 Garage Doors in the future as needed without hesitation.

Google5Jeff was amazing!! We gave him a run for his money!! The garage door was stuck and couldn't go down all the way, Jeff came out the very next morning. Our repair was pretty bad, but he repaired our garage door like it was brand new and explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. Offered his services in the future and his down to earth nature is so comforting!! He will be our ONLY garage man. If you need repairs or a garage door replacement Jeff is your guy!!

Google5Called to get my motor replaced Jeff was very informative and was able to get someone out right away. Ricky came out on time and completed the job very quickly. I'm very pleased and will be calling them when its time to replace my garage door.

Google5If you need a repair or a new garage door call them and leave your worries behind. Jeff and Rick were great. Arrived on time. Finished quickly. Initial visit Jeff came in and determined that the door we had was a hazard and weak. Jeff never had seen BOTH springs break on a roll-up door, but now he has seen everything, HA. I do not have a pic to share but the results were terrific. Even though the factory/supplier made a mistake, Jeff and Rick were quick to offer a solution and correct within a business day. Within a week my neighbor, Brian, noticed my door and I gave him Jeff's number to replace both of their doors.

Google1This company is a rip off do not use them. They came out to my residence and price gouged on every detail of garage repair. Attempted to charge me $700 on a repair that was actually $300. Bad business repairmen charged $150 just to come out and close garage unrepaired. Attempted to swindle me out of $200 on garage spindles and tried to also sell parts that were not needed. Next company came out charged no estimate and fixed my garage.

Google5Called Jeff answered and gave me the news I was hoping to hear. He was very knowledgeable on installing insulation on existing garagage doors. He gave me a very fair quote so we set it up. His installers came were on time, very clean and professional and did an really nice job even spend the time to clean all the new panels and cleaned up the mess. I would recommend A-1 Garage Doors in a heart beat... Great job guys

Google5Jeff was fantastic. He moved our existing motor from our large door to the small one, installed a new motor on the large door, and raised the door several inches so now that my wife can open the back of her SUV while in the garage. He was able to schedule an appointment very quickly, and came back the very next day to do the install. When a part from the manufacturer was defective he even went back to his office to get a temporary part to use until the replacement arrived! I would definitely recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs any assistance with garage doors!

Google5Jeff was Professional and very Customer Service Oriented! He took his time to explain what needed to be done and why. He fixed our garage door in a timely manner. I recommend A1 Garage Door & Repair!!! Superb Service!!!
