Google1Locked out again due to garage door opener not working(as well as keypad on door), had to run for the front door in the rain. Happens continuously, old garage door remote worked for 30 years and now my husband was told by Jeff they can't do anything about it, it's RF interference. How does a 30 old door remote work fine and the brand new one doesn't. Wouldn't even come check it out. This kind of shady Customer Service Has to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Google3The company installed a new garage door for me this morning. Installation was completed in about 2 hours, it looks great and works great. But I have 2 issues. First, the installer didn't clean up after himself. There were screws and metal pieces, plastic wrap and plastic ties all over my garage floor. I had to clean that up And second issue, the installer was very vocal about his political views and didn't hesitate to tell me. I've never had this happen with someone doing work at my home. Wasn't too comfortable with it, but listened because I didn't want my door installed wrong. If you can put up with those 2 issues use them.

Google5I have done countless repairs in my own house, including my garage door springs. If you have ever done your own garage door springs you know it's hard work and scary. I hired Action to replace my broken springs not only did the technician replace the springs but lubricated and adjusted the door perfectly. My 17 your old original unit never sounded or worked better !!! In addition we set up the appointment 2 days out. The technician called the next day and asked if he could do it a day early. During a pandemic!!! If you need any garage door work done or any other services they provide, spend the money with Action!!!! I'm just a very satisfied customer, I don't know anyone that works there or was a paid for an endorsement.

Google5My garage door opener wasn't working on a new home I purchased in Jax Beach. The guys at Action came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it for next to nothing. I thought I was going to have to install a new opener which I wasn't excited about but the fix was super cheap and done in about 30 mins. They could have totally tried to sell me a new unit and I wouldn't have know the difference. They were extremely honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend!

Google5I have referred customers to Action Garage Door on several occasions and had nothing but great results...As Realtors we have to be able to trust the businesses that we send our customers to and Action Garage Door has earned that trust. They are quick to respond and have gone above and beyond for my customers. I will continue to refer my customers to Action Garage Door as I know they will be in good hands.

Google5We've used Action Garage Doors on two occasions, most recently to repair a broken spring. I called on a Sunday expecting to get a recording and the owner, Jeff, answered. He had a technician at our door first thing Monday morning and the repair was completed efficiently, and for the right price. Both Jeff and his technician were friendly and courteous...I'd highly recommend them for any garage door, or opener issues.

Google5I had a wonderful experience with Action Garage Doors. Jeff and his staff replaced my old garage door opener with a shiny new one. The work was quick, the product and service affordable, and the price was less than I had budgeted. Please, don't try to install a new opener yourself, just call Action! I'm glad I did!

Google2Called and explained that my garage door was not working and asked for someone to come out and take a look. Owner, JEFF, agreed this was possible and was even willing to send someone same day. NO MENTION OF PRICE. Tech showed up several hours later. I explained situation and he immediately pointed out that the mech was jammed into a bolt. He loosened the bolt and got the door working. This took all of 3 minutes. In conversation, I mentioned that our light bulbs have never worked. He examined the socket and replaced with one not corroded. This took another 5 min. I inquired about whether or not I needed anything else and he mentioned he was going to lube springs. It was at this time I INQUIRED about the bill. He plainly started there would be a minimum $49 just to come out and $89 minimum for any work. Since the tech did not decide payment, I called and spoke with JEFF, who refused to admit it was BAD PRACTICE to not mention anything about price over the phone or before the tech was sent. HAD THE TECH JUST PULLED INTO MY DRIVE WAY, THEY WOULD TRY TO GET $49 FROM ME. BEING UP FRONT AND HONEST SHOULD NOT BE A SPECIALTY SERVICE.
