Yelp1Did not show up as scheduled. I called them and they made an excuse about switching scheduling software, etc. Said they can me back as soon as they found out exactly where their techs were. Did not call back and when I called them, they hung up on me. Absolutely crappy customer service skills.

Yelp1This guy is a scam artist. He came to my house to replace a spring. My garage door still didn't work. He told me that my door was bowed. And it needed struts. He didn't have any on hand. But he would be back. I guess I'm too trusting. So I gave him my money for the spring and believed he would be back. The next day he didn't come back. We called and called. He never answered. The day after next we got a hold of him. He said he would be there at 10. He never showed up. And didn't answer his phone afterwards. I needed my door fix because hurricane Irma was coming. I found another number for affordable garage door. We called that number. They are the REAL company. They said they have no one by that name working for them. They said they are aware this man is using their name. He is ruining there reputation. My money is tight. I cannot just be giving people $100. My dad just had a double leg amputation. This is hard on me. Now it's a day before the hurricane is supposed to hit. My door won't come down. Luckily I was able to find someone else to come out and fix it. They are even helping with with the price. The spring Shane D "fixed" was the wrong size. It was to big. He didn't even tighten it. My other spring he over tightened which could have broken the other one. My door was not bowed and didn't need struts. Do not use this man. If you need a garage door repaired. Message me. I'll send you to who fixed mine. They were really good. And even helped me with the price because they felt bad for what Shane did. Shame on you Shane for ripping off our family who is going though a rough patch in life. I wish I could give your no stars.
