I have been trying to have my shop door replaced since April. I understand that there will be delays due to availability/shipping, but the customer service I received was lacking to say the least. I was told that the lead-time for my installation would be two weeks, which I was perfectly fine with. Well, two weeks later, no update and no door. I even waited an additional two weeks just in case they needed to catch up. I finally reached out and after several calls and an email I was told that the door had been damaged upon inspection and two sections would need to be ordered with and early June ETA. I understood and just wanted an update, which I never received. Early June hits and yet again, no update and no door. I had tried calling and emailing to be left with no response. Then the end of June rolls up and the technician is at my door unannounced. I leave work to go and let him start working, but come to find out that the door will not work and that I will need a new low clearance door. This will push back the date to September. I agreed to the price difference and went forward. Now July, I had not been notified or had a confirmation that the door had been ordered and wanted an update. After multiple calls, finally received an email that it wasn't the door, but the track that would not work. So, the original door would've worked, but just needed a new track. At this point, I'm tired of the back and forth and the lack of communication. I will be going elsewhere.
