Google1Here's the thing... My husband broke our garage door last Wednesday. This company's sticker is next to our garage door opener button so we decided to give them a call for repair. The guy said they were super busy and could probably get out on Thursday. Thursday came and went, Friday came and went, no call from them and no repair guy showed up at our house. Friday night my husband decided to give it another try and fix the door himself as it looked like they were not coming and our door wouldn't close. Saturday morning my husband called back and left a voicemail saying their services were no longer needed because he got it figured out and thanks for nothing. Monday at 4pm a lady finally called back and said she was calling to confirm our appointment for Tuesday. We don't know if this company had personal issues going on or truly didn't check their voicemail but we felt they didn't need our business and had poor customer service skills. It could be a fluke so you might be happy with this company but if you have an emergency then Id call around for someone else before waiting on them to respond.

Google5Second time I have used Tri County Garage. The first to install two doors in my shop, the second for a new opener in the garage. Installers both times were friendly and courteous. Both times they did a great job and they stand behind their work. Would recommend them hands down.

Google5Tri county was awesome! Shawn their tech went above and beyond for me and my family! While there my lil dog got loose with out a collar and Shawn found her and put her safely back inside my house! Most would of just told me the dog ran out, but not Shawn at Tri- County, not only did he save the day my garage was fixed in less than 10 minutes! NOW THATS SERVICE!

Google1Talked to James this morning at 0830, had 2 cars in garage and door that would not open even using quick release because of snapped cable. He told me he had a crew in Paragould working, would have them stop by on their way back as I live right off Hwy 49. Got a call at 3:50 pm from a young lady to tell me they weren't coming today, would be able to come from 12 noon to 2 pm tomorrow. Got my ladder and screw gun, opened the door, removed cars & closed it myself. I don't know what they call it there, but where I come from I call it lying to the customer. So if you want to deal with liars, you're at the right place. Ordered everything I need to replace the damaged parts for less than $110 from Amazon & Lowe's. It may take me a bit longer to fix myself, but it's not rocket science, just Google the garage door diagram & YouTube the process. A caveman can do it.
