Google5Marc Danger from Precision Garage Door was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me options for different levels of service and explained the work involved and cost of each option. When I made my selection, he completed the work the same day. I was very satisfied!

Google5Marc Danger from Precision came out and quickly assessed issue with my garage door. He got it leveled, adjusted and took the time to give me tips on keeping it sealed during the winter. Greatly appreciated his fast help and support.

Google5We had a delightful experience with Precision Door! The on-line app was very easy to navigate and the text message updates on the technician's arrival time was very helpful to us. It was a huge stress reliever to be able to schedule an appointment after hours and very convenient, as well. Marc Danger was our technician. He was very thorough and explained what the issue was and the recommended repair. The job was completed in less than one hour to our total satisfaction. Marc is a very pleasant, courteous and efficient technician. I enjoyed my conversation with him very much!

Google2I called Precision to repair a door that came off the track. The technician, who was very polite, took less than 10 minutes to examine the door, tell me it was "not fixable", provide me with a quote for a $3300 replacement, charge me a $75 service fee, and leave. I was incredibly upset and panicked by this interaction. Thinking I had nothing to lose, I called another company, locally owned and in business for 50 years who came and repaired it in 2 hours and only charged me a $100. I feel incredibly taken advantage of by Precision and their technician. Pics below of the garage off its track, and the repaired, perfectly working door done by the other company. Update: after posting this review, a representative from Precision contacted me to apologize and refunded my service fee. I appreciate the apology and effort towards "making it right".
