Google5Seth was on time and very professional. Did the work he was called to do plus a few extras that he found while fixing the initial repair. I will definitely use Garage Pros again and sure with friends and family. Thanks Seth

Google5I bought complete garage door from Garage Pros last June. This month I noticed issues, I text Corey Gilbert and Corey immediately responded to my text and came over next day. I chose Garage Pro because of Corey's professionalism and he is very customer oriented person and I trusted the company because of Corey. I trust Corey will resolve my issue with the Garage to replace the parts that need to be repaired.

Google5Got home in the morning after dropping my kiddo off at school, closed the garage door only to see the mount for the springs had broken which meant there was no way to open the garage door. Called Justin at Garage Pros because I've dealt with them before at my previous house and had a great experience. He said he'll have someone over by noon to get me fixed up. I also have had issues with my garage door motor for a while and we agreed to replace it as well. Brandon showed up earlier than expected, knocked everything out as professionally as one could and even came back the next day to sync up a second remote free of charge. So, thank you, Brandon!!! I am extremely satisfied with all that was done and I will continue to do business with and recommend Garage Pros to any and every one!

Google5Brandon did an amazing job fixing my garage door. Did it in a very timely manner. Respectful, and couldn't have had a better tech here to do it. This man Brandon needs a raise. I'll 100% be asking for him when I need garage door services. Words can't explain how professional he is.

Google5Garage Pros did a fantastic job. We had a very old door that needed to be replaced with alot of changes that needed to be made from previous work from another company that was not safe. We needed a second door that was a non functional door due to an addition to the house but it needed to be replaced to match the other door. Rather a unique problem. David was on time and worked hard to ensure everything was working properly. We couldn't be happier with his professionalism. The new doors look fantastic. I highly recommend. The price was very reasonable.

Google5Our facility has a big bay door and one of the springs snapped with a truck stuck in the bay. Garage Pros was the only company to respond and send someone out ASAP. Phillip and Mason were amazing and came and got the truck out. Then, they proceeded to order the springs that I needed. The springs came within 2 days and Phillip and Mason came back right away to install. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't thank them enough for their professional and quick work. I highly recommend Garage Pros for any garage door repair!

Yelp1Horrible customer service. I called this place and liked the guy I talked to ,and we set up an appointment to come install my garage door opener at 3 PM Saturday.He called me the next day and said "can we move your appointment up to 9 AM" and I said sure that actually works better for me. So 9 AM Saturday I'm waiting for the garage pros to show up and nobody had arrived by 9:40 AM.So I called the owner and left a message. No response ...So 11 AM so I called again and left a message ...never heard back. So I thought well maybe something happened and they didn't get the message Or they had an emergency or something. So I decided to wait to see if anyone calls Monday morning. It is now 12 noon Monday still have not received a response. I don't get it.

Yelp55 STARS!!! Justin, the owner, came out and fixed our door within a few hours of us calling...on a SUNDAY of all days. His price was much lower than expected and our doors work like they did when we first got them. Highly recommend!!
