two well-insulated exterior doors in an old bungalow home were needed. The installation was very work-intensive to retrofit the doors. I was amazed at how expertly the installer handled the job. And he cleaned up the work area spotlessly. I had been hesitant to use Home Depot thinking I would just be a "number" due to their large volume, however, I was pleasantly surprised at the individual attention they gave to me. I was very happy with home depots service, everything was done in a timely manor. Services Rendered: I purchased new garage doors and they had a contractor come out and install.

THEY CAME OUT THE WEEK WE ORDERED IT, AND MEASURED TO MAKE SURE WE HAD REQUESTED THE CORRECT SIZE. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT WEEK, AND REMOVED THE OLD DOOR, AND REPLACED IT WITH AN INSULATED VINYL ONE. THEY DID IT QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. Services Rendered: WE HAD A GARAGE DOOR THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, WENT TO HOME DEPOT WERE WE PICKED OUT A NEW ONE, AND HAD IT INSTALLED.

THE INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND PUNCTUAL, BUT AFTER THEY LEFT WE NOTICED GAPS BETWEEN THE NEW DOORS AND THE GARAGE. THEY WERE HAPPY THAT THE GARAGE WAS CLEARED OUT. Services Rendered: GARAGE DOORS WERE ORDERED FROM HOME DEPOT AND WE WERE CONTACTED BY THE INSTALLER. HE CAME TO MEASURE THE DOORS AND THEN LEFT A NUMBER TO CALL FOR THE INSTALL. THEY ALSO RECONNECTED OUR EXISTING GARAGE DOOR OPENERS.

SALESMAN WAS SOMEWHAT SLOW AT THE STORE, AND IT TOOK OVER A WEEK TO GET APPOINTMENT FOR INSTALLATION. ONCE THEY CAME TO INSTALL, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. Services Rendered: PURCHASED NEW GARAGE DOOR, WARRANTY, INSTALLATION, RE-ATTACH OPENER AND DISPOSE OF OLD DOOR.

I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD THE DOORS WOULD BE INSTALLED THE WEEK OF JULY 4TH. I CALLED HOME DEPOT ON JULY 5TH AND THE DOORS HADN'T BEEN ORDERED YET. HOME DEPOT BLAMED THE INSTALLER, THE INSTALLER BLAMED HOME DEPOT. TOOK A WEEK TO GET PAPERWORK STRAIGHTENED OUT, TOLD THE DOORS WOULD BE THERE IN TWO WEEKS. TWO WEEKS LATER, STILL NO DOORS. CALLED AGAIN, BUT GOT NO HELP. I CALLED THE INSTALLER AND THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD BEEN CALLING, BUT GOT NO ANSWER. I CHECKED THE PHONE NUMBER HOME DEPOT GAVE THEM AND IT WAS INCORRECT. Services Rendered: TOOK DOWN AND DISPOSED OF EXISTING GARAGE DOORS. INSTALLED NEW GARAGE DOORS, SEALS, AND GARAGE DOOR OPENER.
