Thomas was very informative and professional on the phone when I called. He actually listened!!!! Thomas and Matthew came over late afternoon and immediately knew it was my sensors. The education I received was excellent. Great company, they were informative, professional, honest and pleasant. I highly recommend them!!!

We experienced a garage door issue and contacted Right Track. They were working outside all day in the heat on new build installs. Tom said he could help us out and send a tech in the early evening after they were finished. Matt came and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Thomas is awesome. I have an older garage door with a chain. He spent a good hour repairing it. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything. Only fixed what needed fixing. He came equipped and on time. He gave great advice. Explained everything well. I like this company. I'm going to use them on my next home. Thomas Spriggel you're awesome.

This company is all about customer service. I had an issue with my door and he fixed it well, on time and for good. I cannot say enough good things about the owner. He stands by his Install, products and service. I was transported back in time to when there was actually customer service. Very happy customer.

Such a great experience with this company. Personable, caring and really wants to help. Took the extra time to try to fit us in earlier than our original appointment when we asked if it was possible. This company has been around for awhile and still just wants to help their customers. Great company.

Highly recommend. Tom replaced four 35+ year-old extension springs, which made a surprising difference in our doors - they sound like new garage doors! He also included new wires and pulleys (so I won't have to manually "correct" the wires every week or so), tuned everything, showed how the original doors had been installed incorrectly, and explained maintenance moving forward. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. And while my garage door has seen better days (in appearance, at least), he didn't try to sell me a new door - which was refreshing.

I originally bought a DIMBY for an inspection. Thomas recommended quiet neoprene rollers which are fantastic. He adjusted the door to close tight to the house to reduce light showing and outside air from coming in. He lubricated the rollers, hinges, springs and garage door opener track. The door operates much quieter and smoother now. Thomas is a great person and I highly recommend him.

The spring on my garage door broke today and I was not able to get my cars out. I called and talked to Jeff 2 hours ago and he just left, with both springs replaced and both of my garage doors tuned and operating smoothly and quietly!!!! The best customer service I've encountered out of home repair services. Everyone I spoke to was poilte and went above and beyond to completely replace our garage door. Even going out of their way early in the morning to help get the old door shut. Will definitely use again and refer as often as I can!

Jeff showed up from right track and promptly fixed all my issues. The door now functions like a brand new door and is much quieter. Great company and extremely fair on price. I would recommend them to anyone in KC needing garage door installation or repairs. Services Rendered: The garage door in my new home had been installed wrong by the last owner or company they had hired. The tracks were bent, the spring was too tight, the cable wouldn't stay on the drum and several rollers kept coming off track.

I am surprised by the fact that these guys didn't come up in the search, and it makes me kind of wonder what Angie's list is up to, and who else they have left off the list. The have done two tune ups for me, under $50 I believe, and replaced my lift when it was time to do that. They are a small self-employed business, that is easy to schedule with, shows up on time, and and are priced right. I would highly recommend. This was a great service call by a truly professional team! Here is my story: My garage door spring broke on Friday eve. So I thought to myself I'll call the company I know from my time when I lived in Cincinnati. The company is Overhead Door. So I called them on Saturday morning and got a message machine to which I left my name and number and asked that they call me back. The message machine said they had regular hours M-F. So after that I thought hmm maybe there is another company in the KC area that does weekend service. So I did some research online and read a lot of reviews through this service, Yelp. I found Right Track Garage Door to be well reviewed for the most part. (It is Customer reviews and you will always an outlier who just could not be satisfied no matter what the service rep did) Anyway, I thought give it a chance so I called and to my surprise someone answered the phone!!!! Check The rep that answered said they didn't do weekend calls unless it was an emergency like your car is stuck inside the garage or something. Mine was outside and I felt a few days wait was not a problem. Anyway, he was friendly and actually offered unsolicited advice about what to look for from a garage door service. Check He talked about things like be sure to get the right strength springs from who ever I end up with look at the warranty and be sure they stand behind it. And he even mentioned what sort of price to consider reasonable. All great advice. He was actually going to just let me go without any pressure to make an appointment but I said I would like to get the service done by his company. Great Monday eve between 4 & 6. Fast forward to Monday and sure enough they made it to my place at 4:50! Perfect! Check Oh by the way Overhead Door never called me back today, Monday. Anyway, they had to climb through a side window to get into the separate from the house garage (sadly no access door). He was great about fitting through it too. Great sense of humor about. Well fast forward 35 minutes later and he and his partner had those two 2 new torsion springs totally installed and had every joint lubricates and the darn double wide door is whisper quite and function better than it has in the three years we have lived in our current home here in KC!!!! This is a wonderful company and please when reading the reviews remember some folks just may have gotten up in the wrong side of the bed that day. I personally would highly recommend this company. They left with still another job to go to before their day was over and still had a smile on their faces a great sense of humor. Thank you Right Door for doing it RIGHT!

So I contacted other installers to get a second opinion. One of them was Right Track Garage Door. I was so impress with Tom! He went above and beyond my expectations! After a number of phone calls, texts, and photos, Tom gave me the information I needed to support my case with the original installer. We got the springs replaced at no charge. Tom put in a lot of time to help a stranger get satisfaction from a different garage door company, knowing that there was nothing in it for him. That's what I call GREAT customer service! If you want honesty and integrity, go with Right Track Garage Door. Services Rendered: A previous provider did not do the work properly. Right Track gave me the information I needed get the original provider to come back and redo his work.

Had two garage doors replaced by Right Track. Charged a straight fee for install and just his cost for the door, showed me the invoice! The install was perfect, doors operate much better than originals. I had an issue several months after install with my opener and they came back and fixed it no charge! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

A while back, I had had Right Track provide a "garage door opener tune-up." With a lot of noise and creaking due to straining on the opener, I was expecting to find that another new opener was needed. However, once the tune-up was performed, Tom told me that the openers were fine, the problem was the doors ... they were wood, heavy and warped. He suggested that I get as much use out of them as I could and just keep them in mind when I did decide to replace the doors. On March 10th, I had 2 new doors installed by Right Track and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I'd happily recommend Right Track to anyone looking for garage door service or installation.
