Google5Brandon came out and took extra time to program my vehicles to existing doors other than the one door he installed. he heard existing doors making a little noise and took initiative to lubricate them for me. Everyone from the office staff to the installer was pleasure to work with.

Google5I'm a pro mechanic, but I couldn't fix my garage door. Superior Door sent out a dude who fixed it in no time. This was my 5th call to them on different doors, they are great!

Google5Wonderful, fast and honest customer service! I had problems with my office door and they fixed it quickly and without trying to sell me something more expensive than was necessary. I would absolutely recommend them!

Google5Just received seven star service, AGAIN! Always fast, dependable and fairly priced. Today, Brandon helped us and went above and beyond in several areas. He tries hard to solve difficult problems and his knowledge and experience help him to provide budget friendly long term solutions. We've relied on Superior Door for decades -- their technicians, AND those who take our calls, have always been super helpful and genuine, and today Brandon rocked! I would highly recommend Superior Door Service to my friends and family.

Google5I highly recommend this company. We had a garage door that was not opening and closing properly. We called and they sent Brandon out to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Google5Brandon came out from Raytown to Lawrence and promptly fixed my door. He entered some codes and lubricated it. He said it sounded quiet and was in good shape and no additional repairs needed. He was very friendly, efficient and asked me about any other problems I may have with the door. Highly recommended!

Google5I don't remember all the names but David was the man I first talked to and was on site to fix a poorly installed operator that lifts a 14x18 industrial type door. It was self destructing. Also with him was "the father and son (ex Marine !!!)". The father did a fantastic job of remounting the operator and rewiring it, and the son did a factory like job of installing a special weatherstripping to the door exterior to keep water out of the unit. I am very pleased with all the work and in fact will have them replace my residential garage doors next. You will not be disappointed if you use Superior for anything.

Google5Our garage door open was on the fritz and we finally called Superior to come out and replace it. We've worked with them before and they always exceed expectations and this experience was no different. They were able to get us in quickly and Zach, our technician, was great. He installed a keypad opener for us and after trying to set it up with our other garage door opener found a security issue. He was able to shift his schedule to get the other opener replaced as well. I love knowing our home is now secure and much safer with the new openers. Thanks Superior Door!

Yelp1The spring to our garage door broke Saturday morning. Husband called for emergency service because we cant get our cars out. Left message, no one called back. Called again Sunday morning. Second message, asked for a callback. Waited all day Sunday. Nothing. Husband and I got a very heavy door up together so we can get cars out. It's now Sunday night. Still never heard back from them. Guess "emergency" means different things to different people but "SUPERIOR" is definitely not what this company should claim to be.

Yelp5We have enjoyed our new garage doors for a week now. So quiet, our garage is warmer and I can't believe we waited so long (and so many broken springs) to do this. Glad we upgraded to belt drive. Kevin was our awesome salesman, Melvin and Terry installed, great guys.

Yelp5I went inside to learn more about the products offered by Superior Door Service and I was thoroughly amazed with the amount of knowledge that Tom M. possessed about the different options in garage doors. Tom educated me on the different r-factors of various garage door insulation and the various styles and high-quality construction materials that are used to produce many of the doors here in the USA. Yelp5My overhead garage door wouldn't shut. These guys came out and fixed it plus adjusted my 2nd door. And, I needed a remote that we broke along the way and they programmed and sold me a new one very reasonably priced while they were here. Arrived within a couple hours of calling them. Plan to call them in the future. Highly recommend!

Yelp5I have a 20 year old or so side entry dual garage door. Due to an unfortunate accident while backing out of garage I managed to dislodge door from actuating arm thingy. Needless to say I was resigned to having to put a whole new door system in I found Superior via Angies List. They were very well reviewed. These guys did not disappoint. I had a technician out fast, even showed up a tad early. The technician had over 20 years experience, had seen just about any door you could think of. He got right to work, found creative solution to fix the door I had vs trying to sell a new one, fixed my damaged door and did a routine maintenance, and got it all done for less that estimate. Would highly recommend Superior and plan to use them for all my garage door issues, hopefully there will be few.

Yelp5Called to make an appointment to repair our garage door opener and the gentleman who answered asked if I could go down to the unit and answer a few questions about it. Less than five minutes later, he had diagnosed and FIXED the problem over the phone!!! I will definitely call these folks back if and when I experience door opener problems in the future. Fantastic customer service and an honest reputable business. THANK YOU!!!

Yelp5Excellent Customer Service, Superior Product! I obtained 3 bids from 3 different companies and I am SO glad we selected Superior Door. The company came recommended by a trusted source, and they were not wrong. With over 20 years in the industry, our salesman, Joe Ruthford, had more extensive knowledge of the door systems and openers than anyone else with whom I had spoken. When it turned out our door opening was an odd size and out of plum, he went out of his way to order a panel which would fit more appropriately, and the door looks like a million dollars. The installation guys were polite, friendly and did a great job picking up every scrap of material created by the installation process. The door we selected was quite a bit thicker than their competitors as well, but the price was still fantastic. In addition to a beautiful new door, they installed a new keypad and repaired our existing opener. I highly recommend Superior Door for your next garage door repair and/or replacement. Yelp5My garage door broke so I came on yelp looking for help. I'm not sure why I picked this place but I am glad I did. At first I was hesitant to have them work on my door as the person that came looked to be about 18. Boy am I glad I let them work on it. Within 45 minutes they had my springs replaced new weathering on and all the rollers oiled and ready to go. I would highly recommend Superior Door service to anyone as I had an excellent experience with them.

Yelp5Not knowing who to call when one of the cables broke on my garage door I started checking the internet and contacting my friends for suggestions. After a few searches I found the International Door Association (doors.org) which provided a search capability to locate local dealers. A quick check of my zip code found Superior Door Service. Not only were they close but also "Accredited" - not sure what that means but I need my door fixed so I called at 8:00AM. Two rings later I was scheduling an appointment for repair with a real live human. Allen, the technician, arrived at 10:36 and promptly went to work. Since I am of an inquisitive nature I wanted to see how he would make the repair so I watched. Allen was great answering all of my questions and also provided me with some information on what to look for to prevent any future problems. After replacing the cables he checked all bolts and lubed up the opener. It sounds brand new. Very professional job and at a very reasonable price. Oh - I got two replies back from my friends about their suggestions after I had set up an appointment. One was for Overhead Door who I talked to once before when my wife took out the bottom door panel with the minivan several years back - they wanted a small fortune. The other - it was Superior Door.
