Yelp2I've used this company since January 2019 when I had them install a new door spring to replace the one that failed after 15 years. Yesterday I had them install a new one again to replace the one that failed after only 5 years. Today I went to their store to discuss why the new one had failed so early and perhaps get a partial refund. The woman said that lasting only 5 years is common even though the industry standard is 7 to 10 years. I told her that the one replaced yesterday was an inch too short according to the Tech yesterday and that put it under excess stress. She agreed to refund $100 but said she was going to deduct it from the Tech's pay because apparently he shouldn't have admitted that the broken spring was installed too short. That made me angry and I refused the money. I will not use them for any work in the future and don't recommend them to anyone.

Yelp5This company showed up knowing their job. Did their work professionally and corrected someone else's poor workmanship. They were efficient and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company and its staff as they helped us greatly.

Yelp5Our Garage door broke last evening, this morning 1st thing I called overhead doors of Tri Cities and Lynn answered. She did everything in her power to make me feel like I was in good hands. Had a technician there in no time and took care of quickly. No problems! I would never choose another door company! Thank you Overhead doors! You made my weekend way less stressful!

Yelp5The gear and chain on our garage door failed yesterday. Parts flew off thank goodness not hitting me or our SUV. I called Overhead Doors and they scheduled to come out today (less than 24 hours) and within less than an hour had it fixed at a very reasonable price. Very happy with their timely response and excellent service. I'll call them again if necessary.

Yelp5We really liked these guys and they were very helpful and honest with us. They could have suggested replacing 2 older garage door openers for a lot of money. But they repaired both for a very low amount. Thanks guys!

Yelp1I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They have rude ass customer service and don't know how to deal with customers. The general manager started yelling at us and cussing at some point. My mom was not happy about the garage door because it was not our fault and they claimed it was. She has somewhat of a language barrier and she was trying to talk but the general manager laughed and mocked my mom on the way she talked. There were dents on some of the metal but it wasn't from us. I am the only one who parks in the garage and I would know if I hit the door. He kept arguing that it's physics and kept laughing. The dents don't make sense because the dents on each metal pole came in from different sides. There has to be some flaw with the installation because it starts from a certain part that was bolted in. Anyways, we deeply regret working with this company and we suggest that no one else works with this company because they are not good and are horrible at treating people nicely.

Yelp1They charge 75.00 up front for Prosser area just to give an estimate!! Called another company and arranged free estimate next time they are in our area!
