Outstanding! Thank you for your prompt service! Replaced garage door opener, 2 control panels, programmed 3 remotes, adjusted travel, lubed all wheels, hinges and springs and tightened all screws. Quick, Knowledgable, Professional, $500 less than competitors quote, which was incorrectly diagnosed. The tech, Brandon, explained everything and was careful with regards to my home( not wanting to walk on my carpet in his dirty boots, etc). Could not be more pleased!

I called about replacing our tension spring in the garage door. I called, scheduled and had them come out and COMPLETE the work in 40 minutes TOTAL! That's faster than a pizza being delivered Highly recommend! Great service and results!

I found the office staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an old door, the owner McKenzie helped me select a new one that would be of good value, look nice, and be easy to use. My old door was 20 years old and the opener had died. Marissa scheduled an installation date, they arrived on time, did a professional job. High recommend.

This was our first experience with our home garage door. It began giving us problems and we attempted to fix it ourselves. Big mistake! It got worse with every try. An appointment was made with McKenzie to adjust our door. In the meantime we found one that was newer with windows and insulated, nice. Now it just needed to be installed. We called Overhead Door to notify of the change and was greeted openly about it. They kept the same appointment and removed our old door and put in the new one with all new hardware in what seemed record time. Awesome! Smooth as butter now. Love it! Thank you Overhead Door!

When I called the lady who answered was very helpful and pleasant. She was able to schedule my door spring repair for that day. The repair person contacted as they said he would and within the time range specified. He was on site within a few minutes and went straight to work. He quickly replace the broken spring and lubed the rollers on both doors. He was very knowledgeable and conducted himself in a very professional manner. I had a fantastic experience with this crew. Efficient and professional. Left us with the information that we would need to operate our door and the knowledge that they would be able to help us if we needed them. Feels good to have the doors up and running. The GM knew his product and absolutely knew his trade. No nonsense man. Thank you OHD. I'll be recommending them, for sure.

Assigned to us on an insurance claim. Store manager is extremely rude, disrespectful and non professional when asked for simple follow up information. She also blamed us as customers for Technicians overtime on an issue They didn't correctly assessed since day one when they spent 5min in the garage. Horrible job at communicating what will or not take place with your service request. You have to constantly call them just to get the answer that you aren't their only customer (2 calls). Their Technicians are sent unprepared for the tasks due to lack of proper assessment and to probably lead you into a purchasing a whole new door from them as they finally stated. Avoid the rudeness and horrible customer service.

Very upsetting experience. They were trying to charge me for more expensive doors I never ordered and the employee in billing needs a job other than customer service. I am satisfied with the quality of the doors and the installation but because of how I was treated by office personnel I will not recommend this company. Services Rendered: Installer was professional. We ordered two doors and there was a delay when only one dooor arrived. When second door arrived installer was punctual and professional. We were then provided with an Invoice for about $600.00 more than estimate. When I called the office I was accused of changing the order and asking for more expensive doors, which I did not. Office personnel was rude and argumentative and seemed to be calling me a liar.Eventually it was determined that the manager had for some reason incorrectly ordered the more expensive doors. They had started callinging me the day before for payment over the phone, I believe in an attempt to charge me for the more expensive doors that I never asked for. There was also a delay in getting the correct weatherstripping, and they attempted to demand payment in full before this arrived and was installed. The difference in price for these doors has to do with the R value. The doors from the manufacturer had no labeling to even establish with R value door you have.

I called Overhead Door to see if some repair could be made to my garage door, because it was making a popping sound when opening and closing. Two guys came to my house. They told me nothing could be done to fix it. I would need a new door and they had a price list to show me what that would cost. I told them I was not in a financial position to replace it now and I would have to limp along for awhile with the old one. The service man told me he thought I could do that for a few months. Then--he wrote up an invoice for a one hour call. They were there less than 10 minutes!!!!!! I paid it and then called the company to discuss it. They said that they had made me aware of their rate at the time of scheduling. I told them I didn't have a problem with the rate if they were there to actually do something, but to charge me 95 bucks to say they could do nothing but sell me a door, was not what I had in mind. They were unwilling to refund any part of the charge, unless I bought a new garage door. When the time comes to get my new garage door, I will not be going there, for sure. I hope it was worth the $95.00 to them to lose my respect. Thank you Services Rendered: No service performed
