Google5Zach was very responsive and definitely knew what he was doing. He also helped me understand my new garage door opener and ran through many tests to be sure everything was working properly. Thumbs up

Google5Follow up call as to when the tech would arrive. Went through and inspected why 20 plus year old garage. He went over what the issues were and brought my old garage door into the 20th century. He was very nice and courteous, cleaned up and I was very pleased!

Google5Second time using them. The technician was on time and pleasant, they scheduled me on the next day. I recommend their lifetime warranty. It would been way more expensive if had not gotten in the first time. Definitely recommend it.

Google5Had a spring busted in my garage door. I called A1 Garage and they were prompt to schedule me. My technician, Greg, came in and diagnosed the situation as a broken spring. Even thought it was only a spring, he did an overall quality check of the entire door and unit. After that he put several quotes together and went over them with me. What I liked best about my technician is he was super personable and easy to talk to. We chatted about a lot of stuff while relaxing the parts that needed to. He even helped me reset my garage code that my kids changed in me. Lol. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thanks again!
