We sell the materials for a proprietary door system but we won't sell to you because we do bulk sales only. I just need replacement weather stripping but apparently I can't just get it and all the people they supply aren't picking up. Junk product and junk service. If I could give negative stars I would. No wonder all the mega corporations are taking over. We can't be bothered to take care of our customers and instead create barriers to getting service.

See above. Services Rendered: Special ordered a garage door through an installer. After a month of waiting for the door to arrive in Knoxville I was informed, by the installer, not Amarr, that the appropriate hardware was not included with the door--they assumed that it would be included; I guess they don't special order much--and that it would be a week until the hardware arrived on the next truck. The week passes and the morning of the install I'm informed that they were "unable" to get the hardware on that weeks truck and that it would be another week--Apparently the month that it took for the door to be manufactured and shipped just wasn't enough time to make sure the right hardware got there. No call ahead of time to let the installer, or myself, know that it wasn't there. They just waited for the installer to call them the morning of the scheduled install. Then I was told that Amarr admitted that they dropped the ball. If they admit that they dropped the ball then why are they doing nothing to actually take responsibility for their issue? Instead they leave it to the installer to call me and try to make amends for their incompetence. To top it all off I'm told that they won't refund my deposit for the door so I can take my business somewhere else. So essentially I'm stuck continuing to have to deal with this incapable, incompetent, clown-show of a company. I would never...NEVER! do business with Amarr Garage Doors again.

The doors look beautiful and I am very happy with them. I got a life-time warranty and they are automatic just the way I wanted them. The workmen found some wood around the frame that needed replaced and they replaced it at no extra charge. They did a great job and were very professional. Services Rendered: I had two standard size weather guard garage doors replaced on my single story home. The cost included the doors and installation.
