Google1I have one of our rollup doors at the shop that is completely off the track and just hanging there. I called Landmark but got no answer so I called another company who said that they were a week out but would put me on the schedule. Since we have done business with Landmark in the past, I called them back 2 days later after getting no call back. I was told that they could possibly be there by Wednesday. I explained to him that I had already called another company who was also about a week out but I was calling to see if they could possibly get there sooner. I was told not to call back and that "we don't do business like that", "we don't play games". I'm not playing games I just need the door fixed as soon as possible as it is a safety hazard. After using Landmark for many years for installation and maintenance of 10 large commercial overhead doors I refuse to do business with them again.

Google1I will never use any service from this company anymore. Changing one broken garage door spring (Left, 225 X 2 X 26) within 30 minutes charged me $450 with the spring costing less than $50. Most importantly, the company abused their own employee and only paid $13 to their employee to do this job. The employee even showed me his weekly paycheck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do your homework before you make a phone call.

Google1Currently disputing a ridiculous invoice for a job that took maybe 20 minutes. I had to ask the technician to leave when he questioned if I had homeowners insurance, because if he fell, his boss didn't have insurance on him. I asked if he was kidding, he told me he wasn't.

Google1Called to get an estimate today for a garage door install and was told I have to measure my own measurements? I'm not a professional. If a company can't bother coming out to do an estimate I don't want to know what the quality of work ends up looking like. Save yourself the time and call someone else

Google1I have had great experiences in the past with Landmark but today there was a slight miscommunication and instead of talking to me about it, they just cancelled the job that they were scheduled to be on all day and left the site with my garage door still not working correctly. When I called him to come back 2 minutes later, his response was "i'm already on my way to another customer, you will have to be rescheduled". I would never have expected such an immature and unprofessional response. Greatly disappointed considering the great service they provided in the past. Thank you for proving my point and showing your ignorance. You have no idea what the agreement is between me and my landlord and how much of your work I actually paid for. And considering you left because of a misunderstanding about the use of MY equipment for your job, you should care more about the tenants of the businesses you are going to as without us, the landlords wouldn't be scheduling work with you.

Google5When my garage door died i called Landmark Overhead Doors to replace it. Who knew garage doors could be so quiet! My new motor is fabulous. Being a single gal they were able to come to my house while I was at work, replace it, left my instructions and opener. I highly recommend Erik and the team over at Landmark.

Google5Landmark overhead doors has always been very helpful/affordable in every way with our overhead door issues. We have had many doors worked on and replaced by this company, it will always be my first and only call in Lafayette for any overhead door problems/installs. Definitely recommend Landmark Overhead door to anyone seeking this line need. -Acadiana Wheel Masters

Google5I called 3 companies for a price to replace a broken spring on my garage door. Landmark was considerably less than the other 2 companies. I was slightly apprehensive to use the lowest price company, but turns out I made the right call. Landmark was phenomenal. I called mid-morning and the repairs were completed shortly after lunch time. The office staff and the technician were all extremely helpful and professional. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and even able to find a transmitter that would work with my almost 30 year old Craftsman opener. It's been a long time since I have had an experience this good with any type of service company.

Angi4They are a small company. I have been by their place; they have a small little warehouse back on Paulson Road. It's just a father, his son and a couple of other workers; maybe there are five or six people. But they come out on time and do a good job. They have done a lot of doors. They have no hesitation about what the problem is and how to fix it. Usually they have the parts with them, so they don’t have to run back to the shop to get parts or tools. They carry around everything they need with them because there are only so many garage door types. If they have worked on it, they have it. I was very pleased with that. They came out the same day, and they did the work and charged a reasonable price. This is not covered under buyer home warranty. Services Rendered: Landmark Overhead Door realigned a spring loaded garage door and replaced the springs for me.
