Google5Keith came to mom's house today and gave her several options to correct her garage door issues. Mom is 89 and he treated her with respect, patience and kindness. He did a great job and we were very grateful for his service. He's a wonderful and talented man.

Google5I can't give enough stars Fast, next day service, as our garage is our main entrance. Our technician, Mike Fanning, knew exactly what to do. Quick, efficient and very professional. Good quality parts with a 5 year warranty included! We will recommend to friends and family! Thanks Precision Overhead Garage Doors!

Google5The Tech, Stefan Harris, was at my house within the hour after I called Precision to fix the garage door spring. I was already impressed. Stefan did a thorough inspection of the door, and showed me some bolts I can check from time to time to be sure they are tight as a maintenance tip. I'm really glad for that! Stefan explained the workings of the door, I really liked that, too! As the door is older, he itemized some updates that I may need in the future. At this time, I chose to only have the spring replaced, but at least I have an idea of what may be ahead. Stefan was very friendly, professional, and fast. I choose Precision because a couple friends of mine who live in Edgewater FL have used them and recommended them to me. I recommend Precision and Stefan too .

Google5Had a fantastic experience with technician, James Long. What a great representation of Precision. He was very thorough in explaining what our issues with the door were. Extremely friendly. Worked at a good speed, explained his steps to let us know what to expect. Never put any pressure on us to fix or purchase something. I appreciate and respect that. If I could give more than 5 stars for him... I would. I made the appointment online, which was very easy. The entire process was painless. Thanks James. Thanks Precision.

Google5James and his assistant were friendly, courteous and professional. They remedied issues neglected by another door company and gave clear explanations of all of our repair or replace options. We appreciate that they came prepared with a well-stocked truck and can diagnose and repair any problem quickly. Invoicing was clearly itemized and indicated warranty terms. We would highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Google4This is the first time contacting an outside company for support on garage door repair/operations. "Precision Garage Door" was the company chosen because of their reputation, and their expediency in response. Their Technician, Stefan Harris, was both professional as well as very personable; which was only surpassed by his skill and knowledge in overhead door repair. The only drawback we felt was in the pricing, which, even though we were provided a military discount (that was most certainly appreciated; and NEEDS to be mentioned), still, we thought it to be notably high. All-in-all, we appreciate not only the timeliness of service (which was earlier than even planned for), but the service that was provided. Stefan fixed the (broken belt) issue with relative ease, and quickness, and (most especially) we appreciate his professionalism; meaning, if an issue should arise again, that Precision will certainly be in the running for being at the top of the list for a call-out.

Google5When our garage door started making a horrible sound I thought we might have to replace it. Turns out it was just a few parts. I elected to do a few more that were coming up since he was here but he left that decision up to me. The tech let me be in charge of what I wanted done. I like that. Kudos to Derrick. Precision door is doing things right.

Google5Matt s surely was a great help yesterday. So helpful. So kind. He took his time and went way above and beyond our expectations. We can't even hear our door and before it was loud enough to wake up the dead. Use this company. We will from now on. 5 stars.
