Yelp5I am so impressed with City Garage door level of service AND customer service . I had a consult on Wednesday and the garage door motor replaced Friday. I was pressed for time and they worked with my schedule. They deliver high quality service and I highly recommend them !

Yelp5Can't recommend highly enough! My garage door would only open and close about 2 feet. I YouTubed the problem and it was a VERY broken spring. The spring is well over 10 years old and had just given up. After leaving an internet request for service Sunday afternoon, I got a call at 8:30am on Monday to set an appointment. They were able to come by same day, adjust around my schedule and were here less then an hour. Fair pricing, GREAT customer service and fast!

Yelp5Wow blown away by the kindness of this company! WE just bought our home and city garage had installed the door opener (Thank GOD for their service stickers!) Anyway, a week into living here the garage door decides it doesn't want to open anymore. I call City Garage and explained the situation and they quickly sent their tech Brad over to reset the opener. I really appreciated this company following up on their workmanship and Brad was a sweetheart! Thanks CGD!

Google5Called the # on my garage door when I had an issue with it opening all of a sudden late afternoon, they came the next day, clean cut knowledgeable service man came, he quoted and came prepared to replace my system but upon inspection learned that it was a simple wiring issue. At this point he COULD have continued to tell me I needed a new unit and took off with my money... but he DIDN'T. He was honest and ethical, made the appropriate repair, charged me for the repair, provided excellent customer service. I will absolutely call them back for any other issues. I trust their ethics and expertise and being a business owner myself, I appreciate these core values greatly. I would definitely recommend them as a trusted company.

Yelp5They do Quality work- very detailed in checking all the moving parts, very experienced, respond fast, they have just about everything needed on their truck, friendly & reasonable priced. I have called upon them for 17+ years for my clients and for my own garage door. I would not call anyone else!

Yelp5The remotes on our garage door opener stopped working. We reached out to Gano to have him come out and fix it. Instead of coming out and billing us, he walked me through all the steps on the phone to try and figure out what it was. We figured out the logic board had gone out. I opted to try and repair it myself because it looked like a simple repair online. I was able to do most of it myself but got stuck at the end. I have Gano a call again and in a few minutes, he was able to figure out the issue! Gano is a real stand up guy. Very nice, very knowledgeable and very honest. I had never met him before but he really made me feel like he was a friend of mine that you could just call for advice. Would highly recommend this company. We will definitely use for future repairs!

Yelp5Replaced two twenty five year old garage doors with two new Garage doors. Included new motors, belt drive, remotes and all new track/rollers etc. Very fair price and smooth installation. Took about 1/2 day . Job site left in pristine condition! This company staffed by professionals. I highly recommend City Garage Doors.

Yelp5City Garage Door (the gentleman's first name is Gano) was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. I needed a small repair (weatherstripping) and it was done quickly and well. Gano pointed out a few things on the door that would need attention in the future, but did not try to hard sell me anything. I appreciated that. Honesty is paramount and I thoroughly recommend City Garage Door.

Google5I have used City Garage Door to replace both garage doors and openers at separate times. I am so happy with their service, their quick response and really fair prices. I was really happy they put a sticker on the door so I could remember who I used so I could call the same company. The door opener is so quiet. I think they are a great, trustworthy, well run company.

Google5Our garage door was a little taller than standard, so they had to order it special made. Once it was in, we got an email giving us options for days to install. The installer, Brad, arrived within the scheduled window and got right to work. The job was done efficiently and professionally. We got an insulated garage door, new rails, springs, and garage door opener (belt-drive) and everything seems to be working just fine (a week later). The price seemed competitive. At this time I am very happy with this company.

Google5My experience with City Garage Door was excellent! They arrived on time and quickly repaired my garage door. I recommend them highly for any problem that you might have with your garage door. After doing extensive research on the part that I needed to repair my own door, I opted to give them a call. The quoted price was in line with cost of the parts plus they repaired my door quicker then I could've done. They were extremely professional and informative!
