Google5replaced broken spring in garage door. Came out same day, fixed it quickly, gave a warranty and price was cheaper than everyone else.

Google5This guy is awesome! My husband will leave the review. Excellent, Professional, Fast work at a very affordable cost. Jason has been repairing and installing garage doors for over 40 years. I would recommend Jason to anybody. Fast service too!

Google5Jason was wonderful. He answered and was at my house in 45min. I thought I needed a new opener, he said no just a spring. I decided to also get a smart opener even though my old 20yrs old opener was still functioning. He replaced both quickly and helped me set everything up. I am a very happy customer. Jason was a referral from my niece, who was referred by her neighbor. Thx

Google1Will charge money and say your garage is broken when it's not. RUN! Was quoted 150.00 saying my wires were frayed, broken, and needed to replace both. My husband pulled the lever and the garage was fixed. NOTHING was broken and he said there was nothing he can do to get the door down. My husband was out of town and I tried to do things on my own, he totally tried to take advantage

Google5I was referred to Jason from a coworker. I had a few quotes from different businesses, but they were way too pricey. I had the torque master style spring and got it converted to a torsion springs. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We inquired about it and got it fixed in the same day. Plus, he converted it fairly fast. Highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Jason!

Yelp5I can't say enough about how impressed I have been with Jason and this company. I have lived in Las Vegas for 20 years and he is by far the best vendor I have ever dealt with. He answers the phone, shows up, goes above and beyond, and doesn't price gouge!! Great guy & great company.

Google5Jason is the absolute best. Had to have 2 springs replaced. I got other quotes that were all higher for lower cycle springs and they would have to come back another day for install. Jason came, installed right then & there. 1/2 hour and done. Impressive.

Google5Jason was amazing!!! He came in, identified the problem and gave me his price. I felt very comfortable giving him my business after his in depth description of my problem. He charged me 1/4 of what these other companies charge. I accepted and he finished the work and now my garage door is working better than ever! Jason is truly AMAZING AND 5 STARS ISN'T ENOUGH!!!!!

Yelp5Great price and awesome service. He's extremely busy though so expect him to be a little late but he will call and let you know he's running late. That's my only reason he got 4 stars instead of 5.

Yelp5The garage door guy was at my assistance within 24 hours. He explained everything that was wrong and fixed it within 30 minutes. He even swept up a mess that he didn't make! Please use this guy! It will definitely be worth it

Yelp5My garage completely stop working around 9:00 at night and I called jason and he came right away to fix it. I was so grateful that he accommodated me considering it was late in the night. He was very nice and repaired the garage within 15 minutes. I highly recommend his services

Yelp5Jason is amazing!!! I called him and he came out pretty much immediately. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do in detail. I went outside about 15 minutes after he started to ask if I could hang out and learn a little something AND HE WAS DONE!!! I couldn't believe how fast he finished. He even made the garage door whisper quiet. I would definitely recommend Jason if you're in need of garage door repair.

Yelp5I won't use anyone else, Jason was great! Very professional, was there when he said he would be, price was what he said would be, took exactly the time he said, he cleaned up the mess. He even serviced the other garage door, very nice and kind person.

BBB1Jason, The Garage Door Guy, owner. Was not professional, he was 1 1/2 late to install my garage door opener, with no communication. He left my old opener in my garage saying he will pick it up r days later on Sunday. Never showed up or even a text of why until 2AM Monday morning. Then AGAIN said, he can come by on Wed between 12-3pm, never showed up. I sent him a text, and no response. So I'm stuck with my old opener and it's too heavy for me to take it to my curb for recycling. Would not recommend this company!

BBB1This company charged me $525 (he had knocked $25 off from the $550 price because I was "a nice lady") to have my garage door spring repaired. When my garage door still wasn't opening consistently, I called him and he came back out (4 1/2 hours later than the later end of the time bracket I was given) and made an adjustment. I contacted him two days later, because it still wasn't opening consistently, but he didn't return my message. I messaged him two more times, once asking if I should find help elsewhere and he didn't reply. I called another company out who replaced my opener altogether. I asked how much it costs to have a spring replaced and was quoted $300. He said maybe $400 if it was a heavy duty spring, but that the spring The Garage Door Guy had installed was pretty thin.
