These folks are so great. They could have taken my church to the cleaners when they came to give us a quote. They noticed the problem, repaired it, and the price was outstanding.

They set up our garage doors when we built our home. I had an incident last year and they came out and fixed our door (got one of the panels back on track) They were quick to respond and very professional. Reasonable priced.

When my garage door opener failed to work, I called Harmon Overhead Door. Will, the technician was totally professional, on time & fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. He was courteous & respectful. I highly recommended Harmon Overhead Door for their great service!

Very busy company with a lot of miscommunication and nothing in writing. Everything was done over the phone. Ordered and put up wrong doors, then "modified" them to add insulation and window panels after refusing to remove and return the doors so I could use Bulldog Garage because their (Bulldog's) quote for doors, track and labor was actually $600 cheaper than Harmon's had the correct doors been ordered in the first place. Then one of the doors wasn't reconnected to the motor and they told me over the phone how to fix it...I was praying so hard I wasn't about to break my door. Yes they look amazing now, but it has been the biggest headache ever getting to this point for a lot more money that I originally expected to pay. Always get everything in writing!! The owners and employees are super nice and very respectful and I guess they handled a bad situation as best they could. Just a lot of communication issues that I doubt will be an issue again.

Excellent people!! They know what they're doing!! Very professional! I highly recommend using them. They placed our original doors and recently fixed my oops. The door was stuck half way open and off the track in 2 places. They had it fixed within a half hour!! Thank you Harmon Doors!!

Called Harmon in Sherwood to get a estimate on 2 new garage doors and 2 new openers and talked to Crystal. Told her what I was needing and even though she seemed very annoyed by our conversation she took my information and said she would pass it to the tech and he would call me to setup a time. 3 days went by with no call. I called back and talked to Crystal again and explained no one called me. She asked for my information again and couldn't find my information. She was very rude and has zero customer service skills. Called two more companies and they setup a appointment for a estimate the same day.

Wow what a fantastic company! I submitted an online request to be contacted about a garage door repair estimate. I received a call the same day and they came out the next morning to look at the issue. Not only did they look at the problem, but they were able to repair it same day! Very nice and respectful gentleman. I highly recommend this company for garage doors, they are quick, efficient, and have wonderful customer service skills.

Great experience, right from the start. Called the office to a warm greeting and requested service, short time later tech arrived and was very respectful. He made the repairs to my garage door and asked if I had any questions, then cleaned up his work area before leaving. A+ service. Will be using Harmon for all my future repairs and recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

We were VERY pleased with Harmon Overhead Door. The first tech came out and was very nice and gave a professional opinion on what colors would match our home and also what style of door he thought would look the best. When the next tech came out to install his attention to detail with install was top notch! Very professional and made sure to clean up behind himself. He even worked through a terrible monsoon rain storm that blew through while installing and he didn't let it stop him from getting our door hung. He made sure I knew how to operate everything, he also programmed my car to open the garage for me. We will definitely be repeat customers for our next home. We are so pleased with how wonderful our experience was with Ron and his guys! We have and will continue to recommend him to everyone we know and everyone who asks about our beautiful door!

Harmon replied to my request the same day and scheduled the appt for the next day. The technician with30 yrs of experience, completed the replacement of the springs in half an hour. The door opens and closes well and he added lub and now makes no noise. Services Rendered: The garage door did not open well, had to pull up, and the manual did not work neither. I noticed the spring was broken, but asked for an opinion.

Johnny was great. He showed up on time (quicker than the predicted couple hours) and immediately fixed the problem. While he was here he gave me sound advice about the upkeep and then he changed the garage door opener lightbulb for me. It's been out for three years. He was awesome and left my garage in better condition than it was before my mom's fender bent it. I will only call Harmon Overhead from now on! 😊 Services Rendered: My door had come off track after my mom hit it with the car. 😉

I can't say enough about the customer service provided by Harmon Overhead Door. They were very convenient about scheduling and rescheduling an appointment to check my garage door. The service tech Adam was great and explained everything thoroughly. I ended up having to get a new opener but it was very reasonable and only took an hour to install. I would never hesitate to call them for any of my needs. I would suggest them for anybody!!!

I didn't ask for it, the technician just did it. I was blown away by the service and attention to detail. The installer was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough.
