Mounted door too low in the opening, the gap was too big for weather stripping to seal after the install . Has a Gravel floor so bottom would be easy to raise with 1" of gravel. They told me to add a 2x to the top of an already existing trimmed door opening. Refused to make it right.

I called first thing in the morning, with a door that wouldn't properly go up nor down after clipping the bottom panel. They showed up the same day and had all my problems solved in a very efficient manner. I noticed a previous review from another local guide, complaining about the price and how short of time it took to complete the work. You get what you pay for, and this company is VERY well worth the price. The two gentleman that showed up were extremely friendly and professional. They worked very fast, and knew exactly what they were doing. I cannot express my appreciation enough to Southwest Doors, and would highly recommend to anyone around the area.

Nice people but I got overcharged by a lot. $245 for less than 1 hrs work. $40 each for replacement transmitters. You can buy 2 for $20. 100percent mark up is too much. When I called they said about $95 per hour. They also charged for a few squirts of spray lube. For these reasons I would go elsewhere next time I need service. I don't mind paying for a service but I don't like to feel ripped off. They overcharged by $100.00

Pretty rude people, only spoke with them over the phone but even that was enough to make me go somewhere else.
