Google1I called and made a appointment for an emergency repair Waited 4.5 hours for someone to come out, no one showed up and the rep on the phone said "he has no way of confirming if anyone is actually coming". He basically said that he can put in a request again but that there is nothing they could do. Go elsewhere for your gates.

Google5Our garage door just broke and we had our cable snapped. B&H Garage Door technician arrived within 35 minutes and had it just fixed. Overall price was affordable for the repair, and we are very satisfied.

Google5We just had our garage door replaced, as well as a belt drive opener put in. We were so impressed with the simplicity of the entire process. We booked online for a quote, and the next day Alex was here with samples and a detailed quote. His professionalism, knowledge of the products and kind demeanor made us choosing B&H Garage Doors an easy choice. We are thrilled with how beautiful our garage door is, it really makes a huge difference!

Google5Amazing company! They've helped me a few times. Most recently, they installed a new garage door. Great customer service! They got some guys out right away, who assessed the issue and had my door replaced within a couple of days. Every one of the employees I encountered was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Royal Door!

Google5Had a spring failure on my garage door at 9pm on a Sunday! I left a message on the webpage not expecting a response very quickly. Mark responded 30 minutes later! I was very happy. Had next day service, a good price, and very professional and friendly. They even took great care to sanitize and wipe down all the surfaces they touched. I highly recommend this garage door company.

Google5They were quick, responsive, and were able to fix our garage door which had a broken spring within 2 days after getting a very competitive quote. They did some welding to make it extra secure and were really communicative about both the problem and what needed to get fixed. Highly recommend.

Google5I had a great experience with B&H garage door repair Los Angeles, I have a property in Santa Monica and we had to fix the garage door asap, I called B&H and their great technician be able to repair our garage door within the same day! very gentle. totally appreciated the person and the company policy and now everything working as we wanted.
