Jacob Higgins, Absolute Service Expert, repaired a damaged garage door. He arrived exactly when he said he would, provided a complete review of the repairs that needed to be done immediately, provided estimates for a possible future replacement, and then made the immediately necessary repairs in just a few minutes. He was professional and thorough in his explanations. All in all, it was a very positive interaction with Absolute. Thank you.

I was charged $559 for replacement of broken garage door springs, 2/each at $242 per spring, and a $75 service call. That's just too much! There are many garage door repair companies that charge $350 or thereabouts.

Great service: however product and service was at least 50 percent higher than local competitor with 4 star rating who provided the same product and service (via coupon) . Was told that company price matches if brought to its attention at time of service. In short, company is substantially more expensive. Do your due diligence and comparison shop. A bit dismayed when I realized if I had, could have paid one third less.

They responded quickly when my garage door was kaput. Did a full inspection, and repaired door quickly. Also responded fast when electric eye system failed. Their technician, Travis, did expert work both times. I would recommend them to anyone who needs fast, reliable service.

Quick and professional response to my garage door broken spring. Saturday service. Not sure about charge as I didn't compare other places. I know it was $131 more for same service in 2010.

Needed to replace older garage door openers. Jeff did a great job reviewing the problems we were having, diagnosing the problem, & explaining how the new openers would improve performance. He inspected the rest of the door hardware, & nothing else needed to be replaced. He was on time & finished the job & cleanup in a timely fashion. Will definitely use Absolute for all garage door needs.

Absolute Overhead Door Service 3600 Chamberlain Ln Ste 318, Louisville, KY 40241 Garage door supplier Mia Rowe 122 points   10 hours ago My door, originally installed by 31W which my builder used, malfunctioned Sunday and crushed my car window. The garage door was bent, cables tangled, and rails bent, wheels off, etc. Several other companies were going to charge $300 or more just to do an estimate. 31W said they could email an estimate without coming to the house because they still had my info in their system from its original installation. ABSOLUTE OVERHEAD came immediately. And, not only did Jeff Goff from ABSOLUTE OVERHEAD do the estimate for FREE, but he got my damaged door repaired so that it could be down until ABSOLUTE replaces it. He did the repair at no cost, and within 30 minutes. He arrived early, and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He had a pleasant demeanor. Very kind and helpful. I have had 3 homes in Louisville and used other overhead door companies over the years. Never has any compared to the service I received today from Jeff at ABSOLUTE OVERHEAD. I chose this company because they had great reviews on Yelp and Google. Now I understand why. I have already recommended Absolute Overhead to 2 other homeowners, and posted additional reviews about the company and Jeff on Google, and my subdivision Facebook page.

Great quality service. I got my estimate and although I had another company coming out the next day to give me another estimate, I decided to cancel that appointment and went with Absolute. I definitely think I made the right decision. The techs showed up earlier than expected and had the garage door installed quickly. The techs seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job. I'm 100% satisfied.

Yesterday at noon the automatic door of our detached garage got jammed in the up position and left the interior of the garage open to the street. I live in the Highlands, where petty theft is a continual annoyance, so my first concern was to get the door closed. I found Absolute on Yelp and was told that a technician would be out toward the end of the afternoon. Absolute's technician, George Byers, not only secured the door but spent at least three hours rebuilding it. Although the garage had just been built when we bought our house two-and-a-half years ago, the door had been shoddily installed and was tearing itself apart. George explained clearly why it had failed and how it needed to be rebuilt and offered what struck me as a reasonable price. I would recommend Absolute to anyone.
