Dakota was fantastic!! Called me to let me know what time he was arriving, assessed the situation and made recommendations. Once we agreed upon the repair, Dakota completed the repair in a short amount of time. He then explained the repairs and tested the door. Dakota is friendly and knowledgeable. I used to work for Precision and called on them to assist me recently with my situation of a broken spring and replacing a garage door opener that was original to the house, knowing that they have quality parts, equipment and maintenance materials. My original review contained some harder critique about how things had gone for me, however, after speaking with the manager and having a technical discussion with him and having some concerns addressed, I'm glad to know that they are still the reliable company that I once worked for.

I have used the Precision Garage Door company many times over the years and they have maintained the highest standard of professionalism. My technician, Cam, was very professional, efficient, and a true subject matter expert. Explained how to operate my wifi-connected garage door opener. I highly recommend Precision. Cam from Precision was awesome! Our springs snapped on our garage door on Monday morning. I contacted Precision first thing in the morning. Hannah contacted me back with several same day options since our car was stuck in the garage. Cam was extremely nice and could tell he takes pride in his work. He gave me a call when he was on his way, showed up on time, was able to do a quick assessment, provide me with clear options, and got right to work. He was able to do a safety check, replace both spring/coils, and all rollers under an hour. I am extremely pleased with the service from everyone at Precision!

My garage door stopped going all the way up so after bonging my head a few times I called Precision. I was so fortunate that they sent Dakota to help me out. Arrived on time and was very professional as he explained everything to me. Showed me all the parts that were not working and gave me a cost estimate of the new parts. I have a heavy wooden double door and now it opens so easily you can hardly hear it going up and down. If I would have a need again , I would certainly ask for Dakota.

Less than 24 hours after my garage door broke Precision had it fixed. Showed up on time and it was fixed quickly. Derek, the technician was very informative on how to help maintain my garage door. Definitely would call them again with any future problems! Edit: I had to call back with another issue and Derek was back in less than 24 hours and quickly fixed the problem. He didn't even charge for coming back. Excellent customer service!
