Google5My garage door was hanging sideways. I couldn't get my car out. The only garage repair that would be able to help was Heartland. The repairman was here in 40 minutes. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed the door. I will be calling Heartland when I need garage repairs!

Google5After receiving an outrageous quote at another garage door dealer, I was feeling discouraged. I started doing my own research and found Heartland. They were exceptional to deal with from day 1! From the ease of getting quotes, the great prices, quality, to delivery time and install.....it has all been great! The garage doors were exactly what we wanted! I will share a photo as soon as we get the house completed! Thanks for making this part of our build so smooth!

Google5Heartland Garage just installed this new garage door on my daughter and son n laws house! It's beautiful as well as insulated! Their prices were even cheaper than the local competition, hands down! Thank you Heartland Garage!

Google2Very disappointed in this company. At first, ordering the garage doors was smooth. But when it came to delivery, they didn't even call that the doors were in. They just arrived at the construction ready to install, but we weren't ready for them yet. They demanded to install, but the house simply wasn't ready. Then we talked to the boss and he was not nice. He kept saying we had called him and said we were ready for installation, when we never had. Then he charges an extra $400 for them to come back when we really are ready for the doors. Plus, the doors are not the best quality. So disappointed

Google5Our garage door broke on a holiday weekend. I tried calling multiple companies most with messages stating they were out of the office already, not Heartland though. I left a message and got a call back withing 15 minutes, I explained what we thought to be the case, was asked to send a few pictures to confirm a few things, which I was able to send, informed that a team member would be out to see me that day, when the pictures were received, I got a message stating a team member would be out within the hour, and that I would get word before the team member was on the way to ensure we were at the house with the broken garage. The team member called, let me know he was on the way, how long he would be to get to me and once he showed up, he had all the things he needed to fix our garage, told us it would be approx 30 mins and we would be good to go. This was true - it didn't take him long, roughly about the time he said it would take and he gave us some tips, showed us the work and told us to have a good weekend. The quality of work with a decent price helps too, it was not overly outrageous for a holiday weekend fix, I was pleasantly surprised and will do business again in the future should we need more garage work! Thank you for a great experience from start to finish!!

Google5Courtney and Keith at Heartland Garage are GREAT!! Customer service like it used to be and should be. I called on Thursday, Keith came out Friday and new doors installed on Wednesday. Keith and crew showed up when they said they would and went straight to work. Courtney called next morning to see if everything was good and guaranteed his work. Fast and professional couldn't ask for more. Will definitely refer Heartland to family and friends.

Google5Courtney and his Staff at Heartland Garage Doors are top of the line! We appreciate the professional process from beginning to end and are very pleased with the craftsmanship, installation and look of our three garage doors. The Staff was quick to return calls/texts if we had questions and Courtney communicated with us often so we were never left wondering about the next steps. Keith installed our garage doors. His knowledge of the system and the programming was amazing! Keith's one day installation/programming process was clean and efficient! We highly recommend Heartland Garage Doors!

Google5These guys are amazing! They had me scheduled in no time to install a door opener for my husband's shop as a Christmas surprise! The young man who did the install was so kind and professional - really enjoyed meeting him. He even serviced the garage door opener on the house garage and made it run much smoother and quieter with just a few minutes of work. I highly recommend Heartland Garage Doors - they go above and beyond, offer excellent customer service and care about the work they do. Thank you H.L. and Keith!
