Google5Precision did the work greatly! Carlos helped us on ordering a new garage door, and Ryan installed it efficiently after two weeks. Both gentlemen knew how to do their work. Based on this experience, I would like to share Precision with my friends when they have a need.

Yelp1I called the precision garage door service for rewind the cable. They qoute for $89 for rewinding the cable. When tech came, he does not want to just rewind the cable. Instead, he insisted to replace many unecessary parts including spring, brackets etc. finally it costs $736.44. Plus, four years ago, for my rental house, I was given 7 tears warrenty, but this time the tech only gave me 3 years warrenty. I do not recommend this company.

Google5I had a good experience with the sales person, and also with the installation crew. Both the crew and the sales person helped me make the right choices and were very professional. The difference between other companies was the knowledge about the products that they had. It helped me find the perfect choice for my application.

Google5Craig and Will did a great job installing our new door! They explained how to properly maintain it to make sure it stays functioning well. Very impressed, especially with working in such cold weather today!

Google5Appreciate the great customer service this company and their team provided. Sales Rep. Jack Garnham was very knowledgeable and took the time to help us make the right decision for our situation and budget. Craig Killings showed up in the morning with a great personality and was very efficient when he installed our door. Once the door was installed, he walked me through everything he did and proceeded to provide solid advice to keep the door operating smoothly. Overall great experience and would recommend this company for such a big important purchase.

Google5Both technicians Craig K & Will R were excellent installing my new garage doors. The job was done efficiently and timely as stated for the installation. Showed me how to install the app for my remote and explained how to use it on the capability to WiFi. Was impressed how fast the delivery was on both garage doors less than a week. Made sure before they left the job site both doors were working properly without any issues. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for your garage doors. Both technicians knew how to install them properly and they were able to explain how they worked. Craig K & Will R both were very professional in their work. We love the looks of the new garage doors and we're very pleased with them all we have to do now is get the trim done. Thanks again PDS we will recommend your company to our friends and family.

Google5Craig K and Will R did an amazing job installing my new garage doors. They're beautiful and no longer sound like the house is falling down! They even stayed to lift two heavy boxes for me and were so kind. I'm very grateful for the care and efficiency with which they did their jobs!

Google5This review is for Craig at Precision Door Services.. Craig was extremely professional. He made sure he communicated his timeframe as to when he will be at my home to replace the garage door. It was done timely and he made it within the timeframe provided. Communication was top-tier. Thank you so much Craig great experience.

Yelp1First off, If you google Overhead Door (OD) the first phone # you see is for Precision Door {PD}. I didn't realize I hadn't set an appt with OD until the Precision vehicle was in the driveway. I asked how much the spring repair would cost; I was told $249. I then asked if the technician was a contractor, and he explained he worked for PD but was paid by the job. I then asked what the final price would be for replacing the spring on a single door (9'x7'). He then gave me a total price of $522. I then explained the I had a spring replaced at my other house for $225. His demeanor changed and he started talking about OD. He said I would call PD out after to fix what OD messed up. He also said that OD makes their own springs insinuating that OD springs were inferior. He showed me a date in the tension piece on the spring that indicated the date the spring was made, insinuating that OD would use old springs.

Yelp5I called Precision this morning to obtain a quote for our garage door repair. When the gentleman, Ryan Dale, arrived, in no time at all, it was obvious that he was capable of taking care of our problem. He assessed the matter and assured us he could complete the repair. He was knowledgeable, but more importantly ....a total professional in every aspect. When he saw that my wife and I wore our masks, he quickly secured his mask as well. He provided us with a list of what was needed, and two estimates for us to make the choice as to what route we wanted to take. If asked how I would rate the quality of service this gentleman performed, along with his attitude; I would compare it to the service I always get and boast about to everyone ...that is the courtesy ...always displayed when you go to all Chic-Fil-A establishments, which is the highest compliment, I believe, can be given for the service we received! Please let Ryan know that we so appreciated his outstanding demeanor ... and outstanding workmanship.
