Doesn't answer emails, will answer the phone, but will get passed to voicemail and never called back. Takes months to receive an answer or quote for service. Would not recommend to anyone in need of a service request.

Broken spring on my garage door early on a Monday morning. Was told someone would be there by the afternoon! Had is fixed by 2:00 couldn't have been happier with Ben's work.

Had Ben from Overhead Door service and replace garage door seals and screw back in bottom retainer that was coming off. Showed up on time and did great work and would highly recommend.

The spring that helps lift the garage door broke and we could not lift the door. Ben at Overhead Door fixed the problem shortly after we called in a professional manner. We are a satisfied customer.

Avoid this company. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service and parts they installed for my garage. We had to get a new circuit board and keypad installed only to have it completely break down after two months of use. When I called asking what options are available to me, the employee scoffed at me that I paid the price I did with another vendor and then told me that they only guarantee 30 day warranty which wasn't in the documentation they provided. Another thing to note was around the customer service. The technician was terse and rude to my wife throughout the whole circuit board install. Both experiences were so negative that I can never recommend these folks. Services Rendered: Fix existing garage door unit.

Unfortunately, can't give less than one star. Strongly encourage you to choose someone else for your garage door repair needs. Got oil and lubricant EVERYWHERE. On the walls, the garage, and well out into the driveway. Now we have oil stains everywhere. When I called I was transferred to the office manager Jim. He was thoroughly unpleasant and flat out said they will not do anything about it. I emailed him pictures at his request and I've heard nothing. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else.

Our garage door went out and we needed someone to come and fix it ASAP. We (unfortunately..) had another company come and the amount that this company was A LOT of money. They also tried to talk us into spending almost $2,000 to fix other parts (that I learned were not even necessary..) A very dear friend of mine recommended that I call Overhead Door Company. I immediately called Overhead and spoke with a wonderful gentleman named John. John immediately guessed which company we hired, and confirmed that the amount the other company charged was indeed very steep. John provided me the amount that THEY charge (which is very reasonable). John also actually brought up how the company will also try to have us pay to have other things fixed (which the company did indeed try to do). John then assured me that we just need to have the springs fixed, and that we don't need anything else to be fixed. We already signed the paperwork for the other company to work on the garage door (unfortunately) but I was able to successfully have this company lower their price a bit (they charged us 1/2 price on one of the springs). I also told them that we did not want them to service anything else, which saved us a lot of money. I was VERY impressed with John, and am grateful that he went out of his way to help me/us out! I have officially added Overhead to my phone and will definitely be giving them a call the next time we need help with our garage door! - Amy

Repair done within 2 hours of phone call. Owner was within a couple of miles from my house. Showed me how and what to oil to keep chain in good working condition for years to come. Would recommend him. Services Rendered: Chain on garage door replaced.
