Google5My spring broke today on my home garage door, I called and they came out within 2 hours! Best company! We have been using them for a few years now! Would never use anyone else!

Google5Wow! Just Wow! What a difference new garage doors make! The guys were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. No surprises - just quality work. The only problem I have now is that the new doors make my front door look like it needs replaced. Guess I'll be calling Callahan!

BBB1I would never use them again its been an ongoing issue since they ordered the wrong door size. Once they got the door size corrected they had come out three time to address the light and breeze that was coming through the door. They had tried shims, adjusting the strike plate and even resetting the door and every time it just got worse. No after you shut the door you have to push it in pretty stern to catch the dead bolt. Not only did they repair the mortar once after the initial setting of the door they are not having to repair the mortar all the way around the door now because they cracked it after resetting the door again. And I confirmed the night before that there would be no issues that i didnt want to chance it due to the cold and **** at Callahan assured me there would be not issues. Not only was that a lie it cracked around the entire door. And i have text messages of him telling me certain dates then blowing them off and now when i message him he replies with the same text over and over. So i called the shop and they hang up and i call back a few hours later and the lady that answered the phone said let me get him and then forwarded me to his voicemail where i have left multiple messages he will not retrun.

Google5Excellent experience purchasing a new entry door. The installers, Todd and Sam, were professional and extremely helpful in every way. I will be going back for garage doors next.

Google5I am very impressed by the professionalism, quality, and speed of the service. I had been needing a repair but was unsure if this business would come as far as they did to help me out, about an hour away. The price was competitive, the service took less than two hours total, and the technician Jeff was extremely kind and informative. He was willing to answer any questions. I was blown away by the quick transparency this company had from the very beginning from giving me a solid, true invoice to the ultimate follow through. In 2002, this company installed our garage door and I am happy to say that in 2023 we can still rely on them. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

Google5They replaced my bay window with a picture window and 2 double hung windows. Getting a quote was quick and easy. The windows actually came in early. The installers did fantastic. I would definitely use them again.

Google5Luckily I was able to get same day service-garage door was backed into damaged, and knocked off the tracks. Jeff showed up and did a great job..Seemed like he had done this a time or two! Super quick, super friendly, and the price wasn't bad for same day service! Thank you-your local competitors have a tough job ahead of them to keep up with you guys!

Google1Wow! Just like out of the movie Money Pit with Tom Hanks. Tried to keep things local and saw they offered replacement windows, I called them four days ago and had been waiting on a return call from their estimator. I called today to inquire about the call back and was connected with somebody named Mike who seemed bothered by my call. After an agreed upon date for the visit, he could not schedule a time but said he would call me that morning to let me know when he could fit me in. I let him know that his competition actually sets up appointment days and times and that my time is just as important as his. It makes you wonder if this is an indication of what it would be like to actually get the job done.

Google5We called at 7:40 AM to report that the springs were broken on our garage door and both of our cars were stuck in the garage. We got a call back at 8:07 AM that they would be there in 10 minutes. Jeff came to our our house and had our door repaired before 9 AM. We typically have used another service for our house and rentals, but when we called them they really weren't concerned that our vehicles were stuck inside. They said they would try to get someone out by the end of the day. We will definitely be using Callahan from now on. Thank you Jeff for your prompt and friendly service!!
