It went well. They were prompt. The man came at the end of the day and stayed past his 'off' hour. He was courteous, informative, worked quickly, answered all my questions and provided me with info of the new doors they carry. I will definitely use this company again. Services Rendered: After backing into my garage door on Christmas, one of the runners came off. They came out the 28th, put the runner back on and tried to bend the door back in. It's an insulated door that's not insulating as well as it was prior to this. I need a new door and will be looking at this company while making this choice.

The person who was sent out from Vernon Overhead Door Company was very quick. He solved the problem in less than five minutes and fixed it. He was out of here in less than fifteen minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing. I would use them again in the future if I needed to. Services Rendered: I used Mount Vernon Overhead Door Company about a year ago. They came to ensure that garage door I had got installed was done correctly. They also had to replace a short wire to get it working properly.
