Google5Basketball was left just out of view of a sensor while the garage door was closing on a Friday evening. Turned into a broken tension spring. Bartlett Garage Doors reached back that same night and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They sent reminders and text updates when the tech was on the way and had everything up and running in under an hour. I would recommend them 10 times out of 10!

Google3Got connected to cars, can't climb ladder, have no clue how to connect to phone. Serviceman didn't have time to complete the job. So disappointed! Guess I will call another company to come out and take care of this problem.
