Yelp5Used Overhead Doors for our new construction home garage doors. Staff was extremely helpful in picking out colors and discussing options. We got quotes from other companies that were lower, but we went with overhead doors due to their long established reputation and customer service! I'm glad we did!! Due to delays out of their control in delivery (supply chain and pandemic issues) it took a long time to get the doors. But when the doors arrived, they installed in less than a week and were very informative explaining everything we needed to know about the wifi access , remotes and battery backups. I am pleased we chose Overhead doors and highly recommend them!

Yelp1I bought my house with an Overhead Door system installed and called today to get assistance with programming the door to operate with my Toyota 4Runner Homelink. After taking it to Toyota and troubleshooting, we were advised to call the local company since it's a garage company that is Memphis based and doesn't follow the universal rules. I called with hopes that it bruh Local, I'd receive great service. Wrong! The male employee that answered was extremely rude and said it was a Toyota problem (please note my car was programmed to open my parents non Overhead Door garage without issues). Instead of offering support he later said their garage door openers are the only ones that work with the system so I couldn't go to Lowe's for a second remote. All of his was very condescending and rude and not good customer service. Clearly their technology and service is not in line with your car's technology (the irony). After this I'd recommend getting a generic /universal garage door company if looking for new installations. Overall customer service was terrible, for now I have them because I bought a home with it installed.

Yelp1If I could leave zero stars I would. The sale man I spoke with was extremely rude and very dismissive. Basically told me my business wasn't needed nor wanted. When I spoke with a manager he made the salesman come back out and he was trying to push a industrial garage door on me when he found out I was a business owner when all I wanted and needed was a residential door. I left without any help and no garage door. I will not be back and I will not recommend this company to any of my friends or fellow business owners.

Yelp1Called Monday. Very rude. They said they were coming to fix my broken garage door but today is Wednesday....guess they aren't coming!.......Call someone else!.
