Technicain arrived at stated time, worked quickly and left both doors and openers working better than when they had been installed. Services Rendered: Repair the cabling on one grage door, tune-up two garage doors and reset garage door openers.

National Door has been very responsive and they have come out to the house on the same day, usually within a few hours, of our call. The technician that has been here was professional and was clear about what the charges would be before the work was performed. The work was performed quickly and with no damage to my house or garage. I was especially impressed that I was not charged for realigning the pulley on the first door (May 2009) since it was my fault. It was a really quick repair but I was expecting to have to pay at least a trip fee or something. Services Rendered: Jacob has been to my house 3 times to complete repairs on 2 garage doors. In November of 2008 he repaired a broken spring and pulley on one door (charges were $185 for the spring and $27.50 for the labor. No trip fee was charged because repairs were performed). In May of 2009, the pulley got knocked out of whack on that same door (my fault for leaving a bucket of tools nearby and a broom caught on the cord) and he came back to the house and fixed it again for no charge. In July of 2009 he repaired our second garage door that wouldn't stay closed. He adjusted the pulleys so that they worked correctly and lubricated all of the hinges and joints (charge was only for the trip fee, $55 plus tax). He even lubricated the hinges on the other door while he was here at no charge because it was starting to squeal.
