5 STAR ***** Reviews make a difference! And I can see why they have straight 5 STAR reviews. We had a spring SNAP late Sunday night (BAM!) with cars IN the garage, we were unable to get the door open. Then after going online, I submitted a couple requests for follow up to a couple companies - Door Power being one. Low and behold, I got a call at 7:12 Monday morning following up with a price and a time they could be out. And, the price was VERY reasonable and better and I thought it was going to be and they were out by mid-day Monday. The job was done, door and opener also checked over and we were set. I'm honestly shocked at the fantastic follow up, truly I am. It just doesn't happen nearly enough. Thank you Door Power for helping get us set up with new springs on our garage door. Keep up the great work and communication and keep setting the standard!

Was always told not to mess with springs yourself as they can do serious damage if they break on you. My door was out of balance. They got out and did both doors for a fair price and we're quick and friendly. When the springs do break I'll have them out to replace them

We use Door Power for all our garage door repair needs. They can always get out within the next 24 hrs. Excellent customer service and always upfront about pricing. Last night, we heard our door spring snap. Called Door Power around 6:30pm and was surprised to have someone actually pick up (they're open 24 hrs!). They said they'd be out the next morning. Jon H. came out to replace our springs and was excellent! I had several questions and Jon was friendly and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was working. Would highly recommend!

I've used Door Power Inc twice for my garage door repairs and couldn't be happier. They are prompt, knowledgeable, easy to work with and their rates are more than fair. They've been around quite awhile... my last repair was in February 2011 by Chad, and he was back today, in October 2023 (those springs had a good run... 12 years:) This company has been in business this long for good reason! Highly recommended!

Have had a good experience with them when I had to repair my door a few years ago. Price was reasonable and they worked quickly. Recently I got an entirely new garage door and they again gave a highly reasonable quote and when the day came to install the new door they were in and out in about 2-3 hours or so, seems speedy to me!
