Ken didn't do the work. He sent one of his guys. He was a real nice guy but the quality of his work was questionable. The tracks are crooked. The horizontal tension bar is not level. The wires were sloppily put up. Greasy handprints all over everything. The door seal is way crooked. One of the cables is grinding on itself to the point that it sounds like it's going to break. He hooked up the wires on the garage door opener incorrectly. The entire garage door was way over to one side so far that the silver medal was showing through in the gasket barely covered the door. So I had him come back out to straighten the door which he did but it still isn't over far enough because of the track is too far over to one side and he could only push it over so much. I told him about the grinding wire twice and he never offered to attempt to fix it. I thought of calling them back again but I figure they'll just send the same guy out and I no longer trust him anymore. I will fix everything myself. Services Rendered: Garage door replacement.
