Google1Edit response: we moved in April 2022. Sorry, it was less than one year and 4 months ago. You came out twice. Each time I told you it would randomly stop working. I even took videos and showed you. You are hearing from me now because I am tired of companies doing poor work and having poor customer service and not being held accountable. Your exact words were "ya know why that 2nd garage door has no issues? Because it's the one I installed. My employee installed the one with the issues". Then continued to argue with my father and refuse to fix it the right way. I understand it was the previous builders/owners but the house was still a new build & had never been lived in. & if your garage doors that you installed were already having issues because of poor installment I would still not recommend you to anyone. Installed two garage doors on our new build. We were having constant issues with one door never closing and always having an error. He tried telling us the sensors weren't lining up, but no matter what we did it did not work. He finally came out and it worked four times. As soon as he left it stopped working again. Clearly not a problem with the sensors lining up. I called him back and he came back out while my father was at my house. He told us the one not having problems (the perfect one) was because he installed it. The one having problems his workers installed. It makes more noise than the other one. The track isn't 100% correct. But it was possibly a problem with the motor. He gave us a bunch of different excuses. My father talked to him about warranty and fixing his mistake and he started arguing with my father. Told us I needed to contact lift master and there was nothing he could do. Then told us he was moving to Florida the next day and basically we were on our own. This was less than one year and 4 months ago as we moved in April 2022. We are still dealing with the one garage door randomly not wanting to work/shut. I would not recommend this company because if anything goes wrong they do not stand by their work and fix their mistakes.

Google5Rusty was a very knowledgeable guy. He Had good answers for all my questions. And made sure I was all set up with the garage door I purchased. Polite and quick response.

Google5Rusty was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and did not push for more work or more expensive options. Work was completed in a very timely manner and we are very pleased with the end results. Pleasure to work with them and will recommend to friends and family.

Google5My wife backed into our secondary garage door which was... Fine... Until our primary garage door oper failed (not a good time using the pull string in -15 weather). We had Kevin as our technician and he scored us a top notch replacement. He had both doors like new in less than an afternoon! Good honest folks and quick quality service what more could you ask for?

Google5Our garage door spring broke...less than 24 hours later we had a working garage door again. Kevin also took the time to give our door a quick tune-up to prevent future issues. Fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. You can trust Performance Pro!
