Alex did a wonderful job. He arrived at the beginning of the time window I was given (for same day service). Accommodated my need for after work hours. He completed the job in a timely fashion. My garage door worked better when he was done then he had since I bought the house 4 years ago. His estimate was reasonable and fair and beat the competitors. This company was reliable, on time, and provided great service !! After 17 years and the cold weather, I scheduled Preferred Garage Doors Co to do a "tune up" on my garage door. I'm glad I did because the rollers needed to be replaced to ensure I didn't have a problem with during the winter. The service technician, Alex, called on his way to let me know when he would arrive, quickly checked out the door operation, and gave a fair quote for the roller replacement. The door works fine now with less noise and can be confident that I'll have no problems over the winter. The Work was completed in a timely matter and I am very happy with the service performed by Preferred Garage Doors Co. Services Rendered: Garage door check up and replacement of old plastic rollers with new lifetime rollers.

Alex was our service repair man. He showed up right at the start of our quoted 3 hour window. He was VERY professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and was in & out in 1 hour. Great job Alex! Services Rendered: Complete torsion and door reset and roller replacement.

The team arrived on Saturday when they said they would, they quickly determined the issue and provided a fix and recommended 2 additional changes to prolong the life of the garage door. My husband asked about full door replacement timing and costs. We decided to proceed with the full door replacement and one new opener. The doors were installed the following Monday. The team was professional/polite and I definitely felt like i could trust them and they were not trying to sell me anything I did not need. Services Rendered: Jeff and Alex first came out on Saturday because my garage door was not working at all. They fixed it quickly and then we scheduled a full replacement of both of my doors.
