Google5Overhead Door has always installed and maintained the garage doors at our busy pet facility in Missoula--and that's a lot of doors! The doors are high-quality and last a long time, but sometimes they need repaired or replaced. The professional efficient team at Overhead always arrive promptly, provide accurate detailed estimates, and return on time as promised to complete the repairs impressively quickly. We wouldn't call anyone else!

Google5Super fast. "Next day" service. Know their stuff. They were fast and efficient. Service guys fixed the hinges that popped out on our garage double door. Per request they did an inspection on both doors. Lubed rollers, tracks, hinges. Happy happy. Thanks guys! Highly recommend.

Google5On a very short notice, i needed a truck roll-up door AND a bay door in the shop repaired. Within a couple hours, a crew showed up and fixed (not just patches like previous attempts by others) the shop door and after dropping the truck off their shop, it was done just as fast! I understand certain times are busier than others now days, but these guys will definitely be getting more of our business!

Google5I accidentally clipped and bent one track of our overhead farm shop door with a truck and trailer full of hay while my husband was out of town for a week. Rather than take grief from him when he got back, I called the overhead guys to come and fix it before he returned. Sean (owner) was amazing and since his guys were headed out of town for a big job, came out himself to take care of my little job (which was a big emergency for me!), did super quality work and charged a more than reasonable price. It's hard to find customer service like that these days. Would recommend him and his crew a thousand times over!

Google5They made my day! After running into my door and feeling like a fool these guys turned my day around. From the phone call to the technicians to the replacement parts along with the great attitude and top notch service. When it was over I didn't feel like I had made a mistake I felt like it was a good decision. I recommend Overhead Door to anyone with garage door needs.

Google1I called Monday morning for a garage door repair. A guy name Shawn answered and said he would be there by the end of the day... no call no show. I called Tuesday and Shawn answered again and had no idea who I was, but rebooked the appointment and said he would be there by the end of the day (again)... no call no show. I called Wednesday and once again Shawn answered and didn't know who I was. I just hung up and ordered the parts to repair it myself. Pathetic service.

Google5These guys are awesome. We have used them twice now, both times were a great experience. Most recently, we accidentally backed the car into the back of our brand new garage door (don't ask!) and thought we would need to replace a panel. They showed up and were able to pop it back into place good as new, no charge!! Super impressed with their service and they clearly stand behind their products (and their customers!) I will be recommending them to everyone I know, THANKS OVERHEAD!

Yelp4After some mis-communication, the technician came out, well after hours and replaced the spring, and had it done pretty darn quick!! He then proceeded to service both doors and check for proper operation. I didn't expect that. If communication glitches (scheduling application) can get worked out, they are definitely worth having do any work that you might need. The only reasons rating is down is because of scheduling mishap, service was absolutely 5 STAR!

Yelp5Service exceeded expectations and was performed cheerfully and thoroughly. We needed a new garage door opener installed with some urgency due to a power surge frying the one in place. Overhead Door was able to make an appointment for us in a reasonable time frame (Monday) when we called yesterday (Friday), but then called back and said they could make it that evening. The installer arrived at 6:30 and discovered the job would be more time consuming than expected. But he didn't put it off. He worked cheerfully and thoroughly until job as completed at 10:30 - on a Friday night. Now, by no means would I expect that to be the normal course of business, but it was much appreciated, and should be recognized.

Yelp1Have had these doors for many years - even had new ones installed. Needed some help with remotes and called 3 times with absolutely no response...terrible service!
