Steve has broken two appointments in the past few weeks to swing by my house and service my spring and hinges which I told him I have no problem paying his service call fee and he said he would put me on his schedule. I believe last time it was $90 or $100. He does excellent installation work but doesn’t follow through with promises to perform routine maintenance.
