Google5The specialist from Garage Door Repair Elizabeth was exceptional. Jamie took the needed time to guarantee the task was accomplished properly, without any hint of haste. The cost was equitable and reasonably affordable. The only area that could be enhanced would be the chance to converse with a real person when setting up an appointment. Currently, the appointment process seems to be mainly handled through emails or text messages. Regardless, our overall experience in Elizabeth was laudable.

They dedicated their time to help me find what I needed for my garage door repair, and even ensured I had the appropriate tools for the task. If I required additional assistance, Jamie and Collin were ready to provide services for me as well. I'm delighted to have such specialists available in Elizabeth, locally owned and operated!

Google5Both Matt when scheduling the appointment and Elijah our work repairman were superb to deal with. The appointment was scheduled in a timely fashion and Elijah arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and finished the work before i had time to write the check. Most satisfied.

Google5Kayden was amazing! He did a good project of letting us know when he would be there and was accommodating to questions and making the best suggestion for the solution. Probably one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. He's a keeper!

Google5The staff and G and G Garage Door gave 5 star customer service. They arrived in 30 minutes upon contact to open the garage door. Their day was actually done but arrived over to get the task done. Thank you Justin, Eddie, Samuel and Yvette! I can get my golf clubs out of the garage and take them to Hawaii.

Google5Call center customer work answered question there is and went beyond by recommending. Technicians showed up on time, did the task on a timely manner and cleaned the area before leaving. I endorse this company and for sure I'm a come back customer for future garage door repairs or replacements.

Google5Benjamin was great. Right away he diagnosed the problem, gave us our options, and was useful in answering our questions. We're new to homeownership, so he also gave us a rundown on safety protocols and tips on how to take care of what we have. I thought he was efficient and honest. We'll be calling him for any future garage needs!
