Google5I liked the way they operate. Rick went over the whole door and the motor, and gave me 1 option: Change all rulers and pulleys. I told him that another garage company recommended just to replace the motor, and Rick replied: I am a pro, I know what needs to be done. You make your own decision. To make a long story short: I went with the other company, that replaced the opener, just to find the pulleys are broken. Ended paying for a new motor for no reason... So I am trying to help you avoid the same mistake, the guys at Same Day are the real pros.

Google5Here I am recommending them after getting recommendations about them. We went with Same Day Garage Door & Gate after we got few recommendations about their garage door repair service from several people. Rafael was flexible on timing and price, arrived on time to do the job, and did a great job on the door. We went with an insulated door as our garage is going to be our home gym and office and really happy with the door so far. We needed a complete opener install because our door was still a manually opened one. Same Day did the job no problem in four hours. Rafael even came after the door was installed to follow up. I have a feeling that garage door installation companies in Staten Island get their motors and doors from the same manufacturers, which means not much variation in price on the hardware components and that was reflected in the quotes we got. However what set Rafael apart was that he was easy going, personable, and worked with us on price. Great company, couldn't have had a better experience. Definitely recommend Rafael and Same Day if you need a local and trusted garage doors company in the Island.

Google5Wiley came out on Sunday to determine if our cracked garage door could be repaired. Unfortunately he explained that he couldn't repair it in a way that the door will work safely and that I will have replace it. He promised to install it Monday morning and offered a senior discount and more reasonable price if we paid by check. His installer showed up early and called me in advance and asked if it is OK to come 30 minutes earlier. He installed the new garage door within 3/5 hrs and cleaned up. Wiley gave a full warranty on the door. I highly recommend using S-D Garage Door Repair if you are looking for a reliable garage doors company in Staten Island.

Google5Had my choice of several garage door service companies in Staten Island but choose Same Day Garage Repairs for their quick response and excellent reviews. They were punctual and very professional. Did a thorough job of adjusting and lubricating all three of my garage doors. As well as educating me on how I might do it myself. Their fees were reasonable for the amount of time he was here. Would recommend Same Day Garage Repairs highly and they will be my garage door service people from now on out.

Google5We needed to have our overhead door's spring replaced and garage balanced and found Same Day Overhead Door Repair. They also lubricated the garage rollers, and now the garage is really quiet now whenever we use it. Highly recommend them. Brat is very responsive and answers all your questions. He even tells you if you don't need some service so he won't upsell you. They also have a five star rating on testimonials and are licensed. It's a really great well run family small business, and highly recommend Same Day Overhead Door Repair.

My technician Smith was friendly when he called to say he was on the way, and assured me that my car would be rescued soon. He delivered on that promise, then gave a careful assessment of the situation with options for repair and quotes. He repaired a damaged panel and replaced a broken torsion spring, it took longer than anticipated but he didn't leave until our door was lifting and closing with ease. Google5Hands down the best service you are going to get from a local company in Staten Island . Same Day Garage Door & Gate Repair INC Of Staten Island is the place to call for any garage door repair needs. Excellent service, very quick to respond and to do necessary repairs. Fredrick is very helpful and honest and will try and get the job done as quickly as possible and his rates are very reasonable. Our garage door motor died after 30 years and I called Same Day and Fredrick answered right away and was able to come an hour later to look at the job. He came back the next morning and finished everything. Highly recommend Same Day!

Google5I would give more stars if I could. I had an emergency garage door that needed to be repaired right away. When I contacted Garage Door Technicians, they were extremely friendly and helpful. They told me how much everything would cost and what to expect when the technician arrived. When the technicians arrived, they were extremely friendly, honest, and upfront about the work that needed to be done. Very efficient, and the garage door was restored to its original state. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it for your garage door demands! Thank you once again.
