Google5Nick with Poulson Garage doors is great. If I could give a higher rating I would. Nick took time to make sure all questions were answered and when we had other questions he stopped by on his way home to make sure we were satisfied customers. Definitely recommend him and this company to friends and family.

Google5This company was great. Upon contacting them they scheduled the diagnostic to meet my schedule and after a 20-minute warning call to let me know they were on their way, they showed up exactly on time. The installer, Bryon, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and fixed my garage door in a very short time. I would highly recommend them for any issue pertaining to your garage doors. My garage door works better now than it did before it needed repair.

Google5This is the second time we have used this company for our installation. We had them install a garage door opener for us a few months ago and again today. Both times were fantastic. Today we had Nick Poulson as our installer, and he was amazing. He installed the garage door opener and explained everything very clearly and carefully. He was very polite and professional. Also, he was on time, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Last time we had Bryon as our installer and he was great too. Also, Zane was the lady at the office who scheduled our appointment. She was very helpful and very kind. I think that people should use this company because they are really good and professional and they care about their customers. Thanks!!!

Google5Poulson was absolutely wonderful to work with. Their installers worked hard and did a fabulous job. They were so polite and helpful. The office staff was also fabulous at keeping the lines of communication open so I knew what to expect and when. I 100% recommend you work with them to get your garage doors!

Google5The technician did an incredible job. He explained how the system worked, what types of light bulbs it required and set up the system. He made sure we knew how the system worked before leaving. He was polite and very friendly. We will definitely use POULSON doors again! Thank you

Google5Chandler did a stellar job installing our new Garage door. They walked us through all the info, gave advice on how to get the weather seal to settle faster, and was intentional in how they presented all our documentation and need to know next steps. Quick, efficient and great quality of work.

Google5I would recommend Poulson and especially the tech, Bryon Corder. Bryon was very professional, he called to confirm the appointment and kept me up to date as to his arrival time. He gave me an accurate estimate for the job and time it would take to complete. He went above and beyond to make sure all concerns were addressed.

Google5Ross arrived on time to replace our garage door. We have a very old garage, and he made sure that everything was installed properly. It looks great. Ross is a great guy, very personal and professional. Will do business with Poulson again!
