Not only was the installation process executed with remarkable efficiency, but he also provided a comprehensive tutorial on setting up and using the corresponding application, enabling me to manage my garage doors remotely with ease. Throughout the service, Nick upheld an exemplary standard of punctuality and clear communication, including a courtesy call prior to arrival which was greatly appreciated. The quick turnaround time for the entire installation was impressive. I would unequivocally recommend his services to others in need of reliable and skilled garage door installation.

Had a garage door spring break last night. Contacted Trotter this morning and they had a technician here and quickly were able to replace the springs and service the door and opener. Very satisfied with the service.

The technicians that came out did an awesome job both explaining what they were going to try and what might have to be done. They were able to adjust the motor on the my liftmaster and do a tuneup and now it's working! I felt the price was reasonable. They also gave me a quote for work that may need to be done later and checked the warranty on the motor. Thanks Trotter!!

Had to wait a little longer than usual for servicing (called in on a Thursday morning and had to wait until Monday morning) but understand the reason for the delay. And, THEY WERE WORTH WAITING FOR!! The technician, Josh, did a great, professional job. Got a great new unit along with installation. Had the option to go "self serve" to save a little bit by buying a new unit myself and then have them install it but the "extra stuff" performed by going to "full service" made the extra cost well worth it!! Trotter is definitely good value. My old unit was a dinosaur (sort of like me I am afraid ;-)) and definitely needed to be replaced. Josh did great on this and was also a great instructor on the "new fangled" features these new units now have. DEFINITELY A GOOD VALUE!!!

I called first thing this morning to schedule an "emergency repair," as our springs broke attempting to leave for work. Josh was incredibly helpful and worked us into the schedule. Charles arrived within the estimated time window and was very friendly. He completed a quick evaluation, confirmed the problem, and then repaired quickly. Estimate was clear with no surprises, and came in under what I was expecting. I highly recommend this company, and would refer to anyone that needs service.

I just had a new Garage Door Motor installed and am very happy with the service I have received from Trotter Overhead Door in Edmond. From Nick and Lonnie, who initially came out to evaluate the breakdown of my old system, to Josh and Sigmund who did a great job of installing the upgrade, all were very friendly and knowledgeable. They wanted my business and did a great job for me. In the past I have purchased materials directly from Trotter to do my own repair and have even spoken to other Overhead Door companies who hold Trotter in high esteem. Josh the Estimator, Charles and Glenn the professional Installation Technicians made this a seamless, easy experience. Josh never "sold" us. He provided information and options and was very helpful. Glenn and Charles are an incredible team who dismantled the old and installed the new and are competely dedicated to the highest Customer Service and attention to detail. Trotter has a glowing reputation as a local company and our experience certainly validates that. Highest recommendation.
