Google5We called GDI after another company couldn't help us before the rainstorm. The dispatch team was so nice and accommodating they sent Sergio who was so professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and let us know what we needed and didn't pressure us to do it all now. He worked in the rain and now our garage door opens so nice and smooth and quiet and no more flooding with the new weather strip. Just in time! Very impressed and happy with Sergio and dispatch team!

Google5Thank you Angel for the quick spring repair and motor replacement. I appreciate you programming my car to open the garage door. Angel was very detailed in explaining how the new motor and indoor opener worked. He was very easy to talk to and had a great personality. Total professionalism.

Google5Received excellent service from Jesse Castorena on our garage door. The system we had was almost 20 years old, he came and gave us reasonable options for replace or repair. Once we decided to replace the old system he went to work immediately to install. He took the time to explain his work. This technician was courteous and appeared to take pride in the work that he performed. Thank you.

Google5Great company to do business with. They are the only company I will use to maintain and repair my garage door. We have a very heavy insulated and oversized garage door and heavy duty opener and they are the only company that had the expertise with this unit.

Google5Thank you Tim, GDI! We have a very good garage door Martin system. It made by German company. Unfortunately, it is the old model, and the company is no longer making parts for it, even remote controller. We lost the controller to open the door.. I called GDI, Very nice of setting schedule, within an hour, we knew when a professional staff will come for the job, and there is no initial charge. Tim came ( at first he was very cold, I came out greeted him ) and explained, we need the external receiver to use the universal remote controller. So he installed it, and voila, we have a new remote controller . Work good as we expect . One thing good about this job and this message is Tim came the first time to explain and gave me the estimate cost. No hidden or estimate cost. Since I need to understand the job and cost, I said will call again after we discuss with family, so he left. Next day , I called, he came and accomplished his work for us. The cost is what he gave on previous day plus tax . Do not hesitate to call GDI if you have problem with your garage door and it's system.

Google5I had an emergency with my door, call GDI. A few hrs later, Kevin H. Shows up, he was a total professional with great customer skills. He identified my issue fast. He started working and like magic "open sesame, lol" . Happy with the service. Will for sure use again on my garage door needs, in the near future.

BBB1Do NOT use this company! They are a fraudulent business. They purchased the company that originally installed our garage door and are now in the business of overcharging for bad service. They WAY overcharged me to replace some springs then broke my garage door opener. I ordered replacement parts and when the parts came in, I asked their technician to come out and install them. They actually tried to charge me again for his labor when it was he who was responsible for the broken parts. This job started to smell like a scam, so I investigated. The parent company is run by some ********* lawyers. They won't give you a real address or tax ID. **************** gives you the run around and they don't stand by their work.

Google5Amazing company. I called and Jesse came and helped get my garage door fixed and also replaced my broken springs which was causing the door not to open. Highly recommend!

BBB1We learned after the fact that we were completely ripped off. The standard cost to replace two torsional springs on a 2-door garage is about $375 ($125 for parts and $250 labor). This company charged us $2,222, 6X the cost. They also used three springs that were available on the truck rather than getting two that were the right size. We went through ******* Doors and thought that would avoid the scams around garage door repair, but GDI was no different. Should have gotten a few quotes and this situation would have been avoided. Lessoned learned.
