They were responsive and prompt. The garage door opener they installed can be bought on the intenet for between $245 and $260 including shipping and the two remotes can be bought for under $25 each. They quoted me $75 per hour labor and it took the installer an hour. So, if you deduct the $75 labor from the $831 they charge that means they charged me $756 for an opener I could have bought for 1/3 that price. Amazon has it of $185 without the rail. Their pricing seems predatory to me. Services Rendered: replaced inoperative garage door opener and provide 4 remotes
