Google5I was unsure where to call because my garage door had broken. I called some other places where they wanted my Bank info or CC info first, without even having yet a quote/cost. But I was very fortunate to locate Priscilla (Affordable Garage Door Service.)who was able to help me immediately, I highly recommend Affordable Garage Door Service to anyone in need of maintenance & repair. Very professional and fair pricing Thank you Priscilla you were extremely helpful. I wish I can give 10 stars for you !

Google5Last night I pulled the car in and closed the garage door and heard something loud. Then I couldn't open the garge looked up and the giant spring was snapped. Several neighbors recommended Affordable Garage Door so I called them. The co-owner Priscilla answered and came right away. I was very impressed she was a pro in an hour she had it all switched out and working. I asked her if she could replace the rollers and bearings as the door was getting old. She switched out everything so fast and efficient. I was also shocked by the low price and she even gave me a military veteran discount. I will definitely use them again. Added bonus the door is so much quiter now.

Google5I call affordable garage door services ... after receiving a quote from the company I used that had installed my garage door, thinking , hey.. it's under warranty and this shouldn't be a problem, but I was wrong!!? They told me the parts were not covered be the warranty just the motor and the garage door ... got the quote for 2 spring replacements and a labor per hour cost. The price was unbelievable $$$ and ridiculous!!!! Call AGDS talked to Michael, explaining my situation , his reply was ( " whatever they quoted, we will beat!)! Michael gave me and honest quote, and explained to me that he can have a technician named Priscilla come to install the springs and also do a over all check to make sure all parts of the door were also working properly.. what can I say about Priscilla , amazing !!! Professional very knowledgeable, she fixed my springs in no time !! I was so happy you and relieved.. these individuals are the real deal and an example of the Trust we should be feeling when hiring techs or handymen to come and fix things around our homes that you know it's gonna be fixed Right!! Oh and about their pricing !!!!!! Affordable and no one will beat their prices!!!!!! Thank you Priscilla and Michael for everything!!!! Not only for the amazing repairs but also for your honesty and affordable RATES!!!!!!!

Google5Absolutely perfect! From time of initial call to completion of our service request was UNDER 2 hours! Very personable, knowledgeable and caring. Explained everything along the way & provided tips to extend the life of our entire garage door system as a whole. Not only do I recommend them, I guarantee that the next time we need garage door services, it WILL be Affordable Garage Door Services that gets our call! A fantastic local business that truly cares!

Google5Had a spring failure on an older door that was in poor shape, and called Affordable Garage Door Service. Priscilla was great to come immediately and assist. Rather than doing both springs, and knowing the door needed a replacement soon anyway, she fixed one and helped with measuring and placing an order for the replacement. Through each step, Priscilla was extremely helpful, even after several back-and-forth's on options and possibilities to ensure I found the exact door that worked for my design, colors, and needs. After several weeks on order, the new door is in and its just as amazing as described - would highly recommend Affordable Garage Door Service to anyone in need of maintenance, repair, or replacement!

Yelp5Christmas Eve morning and a garage door roller decides this is the perfect time to give up the ghost. After some internet research, I called AGDS and spoke to Mike, who I later found out is the owner. He and Priscilla were able to drive to our home a few hours later. Mike quickly identified that one of the torsion springs was sprung and the bar connected to the door and chain was pulling away from the door. This was in addition to the needed roller replacement. Mike was upfront about pricing and what was most needed and what could possibly wait. With the helpful info, I was able to easily make a decision for what work needed to be done. The repairs were completed within an hour and the garage door is working better than before. Mike and Priscilla are professional, courteous, and very skilled with garage door repair. While there is no expectation to call them again within 5 years - the warranty length - I would not hesitate to call them again. (For the record, I went with Mike's recommendations.)

Yelp5I was visiting my aunt's during the runup to Hurricane Dorian and noticed that her garage door would open throughout the day. She thought it was caused by her neighbor's opener, so she had the codes changed, but it was still happening. Concerned about the upcoming storm, she got a new one, but had trouble finding anyone to install it so close to the hurricane. Luckily, I went on yelp and came across Affordable Garage Door Service Orlando. They responded in 20 minutes with a quote that was the most reasonable of the companies I contacted and were able to send someone that afternoon. Mike, the technician, was fantastic. He explained that the circuit board was fried on the old unit so any opener could open it. He then worked quickly and efficiently to install the new unit and asked appropriate questions to make sure that my aunt would be happy. He even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working. I highly recommend Affordable Garage Door Service Orlando to anyone who is interested in getting their garage door fixed.

Yelp5I have to say that I am VERY IMPRESSED!!!! My Garage door broke and I called them today......3 days before Hurricane Dorian is supposed to hit. They were able to replace my garage door the same day. They worked until after midnight to get a safe door installed in my house before the hurricane. My old garage door was almost 50 years old and finding parts was impossible. They were very knowledgeable, professional and hard working. I would definitely recommend them. I found them on Yelp with 1 review. They did a great job. I really appreciate them and how fast they responded.
