Google5I had a wonderful experience with James at Emerald's. I called in the morning and he came out same down, I believe less that 4 hours later. He checked the door and immediately knew what was wrong, he showed me, explained it to me and got the work done in an hour. (It had a broken spring) I was very interested and watched him do the work as I thought it was fascinating, he explained to me everything he was doing and why. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend, he was very personable and professional.

Google5Our experience with James, the owner, and Joel, the tech who installed our garage door was truly amazing. James, came out within hours of our call. His knowledge and honesty is unparalleled in this area. I contacted two other major garage door companies in our area. Emerald was by far the best priced and LOCAL company. PERIOD! The other national companies were much higher priced and neither were local. One was from Arizona and the other who knows. Joel the Tech who installed our 18'x8' door was on time, completed the install within 4 hours. He was meticulous and cleaned up everything before leaving. Showed me how to maintain our door and made certain all remotes worked properly with our new door. If you live in our area and don't contact Emerald for door repairs of any nature you most likely will pay a LOT more money than you should.

Google5James was able to come out same day and address the issue we had we our garage- very honest and reasonable pricing. He took the time to explain what was wrong and pointed out where the issue stemmed from (our situation was the previous owner or builder DIYd and hid damage). Would recommend!

Google5I called them at 10:30 am and they arrived by noon! I thought I was going to need an entire new garage opener, but the gentleman was honest and advised me it was a wiring problem. Very honest company. He fixed the wiring within minutes and charge me a very minimal fee. I will definitely refer him to friends and family and if needed, will use him again to service my garage door needs.

Google5Emerald was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our door crashed late on a Saturday night, we weren't able to close it. James was out within the hour and fixed it no problem. Recommend them to anyone.

Google5We needed a full replacement, after our old garage door broke down. Had a few other competitors come assess the situation and give us estimates, but they all said it would take 6 to 12 weeks to get it done. James from Emerald Garage Door Services came the same day, provided a transparent quote at a reasonable price and returned after 2 days to put in a new, quality garage door. He and his crew were very professional and prompt! You can definitely trust Emerald Garage Door Services, we are very satisfied.

James is extremely responsive, and was able to complete our repair quickly and at a reasonable price. He communicated the issues with our door in a simple way, and was honest about what parts needed replacing and what parts were still in good condition. If you're looking for someone trustworthy and with great customer service, look no further!

Google5It was an absolute pleasure to work with Emerald Garage Door Services. I needed the rollers replaced and my door sealed from the exterior. James was able to come out immediately and give me an estimate. He was honest and thorough about the work that needed to be completed and what was still in good condition, and he provided me with a reasonable estimate. He was understanding and courteous when I needed to reschedule, and he always called when he was on his way. He completed great work and left everything even cleaner than it was before. I highly recommend Emerald Services and will be using them for any future work on my garage door.
